Wir dürfen uns zunächst recht herzlich beim Vermieter bedanken. Wir haben einen tollen Service erhalten (herzlicher Empfang direkt am Anwesen und tolle weitere Betreuung, später CheckOut, zusätzlich Kofferaufbewahrung bis zum Abflug, Taxibestellung zum Flughafen). Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Seitenstraße am Ende der Haupteinkaufsstraße und Fußgängerzone, natürlich kann man dann keinen Meerblick und die Nähe zu den Stränden erwarten (für uns kein Thema/Problem). Es war für uns (für einen Kurzaufenthalt) optimal ausgerüstet (kleine Küche mit den notwendigsten Ausrüstungsgegenständen, Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafräumen oben, überall Fliegengitter, Waschmaschine). Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns (für die gebuchte eine Nacht) sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund vieler Reisen nach Griechenland sind wir es auch gewohnt, mit einer nicht ganz optimalen Duschmöglichkeit klar zu kommen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und der Duschvorhang dichtet nur einigermaßen ab, wenn man diesen z.B. mit Wäscheklammer an der Glastrennscheibe befestigt. Man muss auch bedenken, dass die Installation einer geschlossenen Kabine dort nicht möglich wäre (auch aufgrund der benachbarten Toilette). Für uns völlig ok, aber man sollte es vielleicht wissen. Nick had thought of everything. He met me after arriving from my taxi he organised and we stored our bags and room was ready early.

The mattress was very hard, unlike what I’m used to but still slept ok.

Nothing major

The apartment is located in the heart of the town making it a quick walk to get everywhere we wanted. The apartment was modern and clean with air conditioning in every room, lots of storage and access to plug sockets. The host made our stay so easy and stress free booking taxis for us and letting us check in/ out at a time that was convenient for us.

Perfect location at the center of the town, the bus station was very close, the apartment was exactly like it seems in the photographs, very clean and it has everything you need like being at your own apartment (hairdryer, ironing board & iron, many kitchen items, much space for your stuff and your clothes). It also has a quiet balcony but 100 meters away you can enjoy the nightlife of the island.
