Perfect for busines trip if you go to busines city area

Close to busines area. 15 minutes to Old town city center by taxi. 40 minutes to airport (by taxi) - pay attention to traffic, may take longer in peak hour. Room is large, lots of mirrows, warm.

Superb

Breakfast - full, delicious. Good location, close to public transport and Ilia State University. Friendly staff. Very good wifi.

Cleaning ladies sometimes did not leave a shampoo for the next day although they should fill it each day. A little bit noisy if your window is to the street side.

Perfect location in Vake. Good old classic breakfast! Very nice & friendly staff.

The bidet was broken, soap products were renewed a couple of times a week. It was always noisy — cause of the conditioner, cause of the road. It wasn's a big problem for me, but it doesn't fit that price! And btw my room was half less than the room was on the pics on Booking.

A really nice hotel with comfortable small room. An ideal stay for business travel.

The location was nice, I liked my room it felt like a studio not too big but also just the right size for the comfortable stay. The breakfast in the morning is a buffet, as far as I can tell it is the same every morning, but the variety of food is good. The staff is friendly, a bit shy though most of the are very young and they probably have an internship in this hotel (some of them) but they are friendly and always are trying to help. For all of these services, the price is nice.

No complains really. Everything was clean and nice, the location is also good maybe if you are used to bigger rooms the room size can be the "only complain". Also, not particularly about he hotel but use Bolt app for the taxi in Tbilisi, never trust "unlicensed freelance taxi drivers" they will rip you off, especially at the airport. If the price of travel is more than 30 lari (local currency) than it is usually already too much or very expensive. Take advantage of the wi-fi in the airport and book a taxi via bolt before you exit it.

I stayed at this hotel for 44 night, I didn't have a single issue. Everything was good. Have awesome WiFi. Have awesome air conditioning. The room is clean and quiet.

Lack of management and experience makes a good hotel to a terrible place !!!

Location was good. Room was clean. Reservation was easy.

1- Management was awful. We reserved a King Room with Queen Bed and instead we got attached Twin Beds together and when I asked politely for room change, hotel manager replied "IT IS WHAT WE HAVE AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, WE WILL RETURN YOUR PAYMENT AND GO!!!" (Imagine that they said it in night Dec. 30, while all hotels are booked and I had booked this room about a month ago). If that's true why we have the choice in booking for a twin bed or queen bed??? I am in tourism business more than 15 years and I haven't ever heard such behavior or answer anywhere!!! 2- Breakfast was not good at all. Very simple, low quality ingredients and not quiet good (despite of the booking information which is very good breakfast!!!). You can't find Tea, Coffee or Milk on serving table. Just one kind of hard bread on the table and barely you can eat. There is only one person in charge and you have to ask him/her to make tea, coffee, milk, scrambled eggs for you. If 4 people ask him/her at once you have to wait till it will be served. Breakfast is an important part of services in a hotel. Georgia is always well-known for his hospitality but you can't find it here in this hotel!!! 3- For your information that there is a policy that they clean rooms every 3 days of stay.

everything is good enough.

I didn't see anything bad, I don't need to write anything. Everything was perfect. I extend my staying for more than 15 days. Totally recommended

Maybe it could be good if the room size was a little bit bigger. I hope they had shooting for garbage disposal. Or the staff would came daily for garbage collection.
