Very nice condo in a great, gated complex. The pool was really nice and played awesome music (60's-80's mostly). The check in was easy and the host was very helpful! We would stay here again!

The property was conveniently located. The property owner was very help and accommodating with our late arrival. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. The only area of concern was the shower. The water did not get very hot, so showers were not very enjoyable. Also, the shower fixture looked to have been repaired but it still didn't seem to function correctly. Other than the shower the unit and grounds were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice. Unfortunately I didn’t hear the warnings of the other people about the noise from the pool and at 9 AM on New Year’s Day blasted with music that you could hear throughout the house with the windows closed furniture isn’t very comfortable. The bed was fine.

Lovely property fanatic pool and gym. Very close to all bar’s restaurants and Disney. Definitely coming back. Very comfortable bed. Met some great people around the pool.

The unit has not been cared for in any meaningful way in a long time. The carpet is old and dirty. The shower curtain was full of mildew. The bed had a major depression/rut on one side. Not sure how that happened but it looked like a very heavy person had slept on that side for years. The bed spread had white stains. The dresser drawers in the bedroom are almost all off the rails.There are very few pots/dishes and what is there are beat up. It’s too bad as I think the unit has great potential. The complex seems very nice with a huge pool area. It is quiet and safe. But this particular unit was very disappointing.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Everything from beginning to end was a cut above the rest. Beautiful clean residence. The host was welcoming, informative and accomodated the time of our arrival. Would most definitely stay here again next trip to Disney.

Had a great time! Very close to everything Disney. The host was great and very communicative. The amenities were awesome also! Has a huge pool, splash pad for kids, tons of lounging and a game room/ billiards to play in. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time!

The place was nice and easy to find. It felt like a home away from home. Roy was very good about checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Very helpful. Would definitely go back if we go to Orlando area again.

Perfect little apartment for one or a couple in a good location. Very much a rental and not someone’s home. Not even an extra shopping bag to be found. Has all you need but no extras like some VRBOs provide ( coffee, etc.). I wanted a quiet relaxing time but unfortunately this unit faces the pool and they play music from 9am to 10pm. This should be noted in the listing. If that doesn’t bother you then it’s a clean, cute, convenient location.

The condo is as advertised. The place is very nice. Small but you know that going in.. Nice condo complex and the unit overlooks the pool. The only problems I had with the condo is that the air conditioner is very loud. I mean very loud and it comes on often. The other problem is the couch. It's a futon and is not very comfortable. Would I stay there again? Yes but only for a short time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Roy followed up with us to ensure we had a great experience. Condo was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The view of the pool area and palm trees was so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back.

This condo was great for our trip over Memorial Day weekend in 2022. It was our first trip to Florida. The location was great, with easy access to grocery, I4, restaurants, and attractions. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but we knew this when booking. Our 7-year-old slept on the couch/futon and thought it was comfortable. In-unit laundry was great. No complaints or issues. Roy was very helpful for check-in/out. We did not have any problems but knew he would be readily available if something came up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! The view from the balcony was excellent! Perfect driving distance to all Disney parks! The bed was so comfortable!

Nice place
It's everything you need and is far better than a comparable valued hotel. The owner Roy is easy to deal with and nice. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer and dryer, kitchen utensils and toiletries. It has a nice view from the sliding glass door/balcony. The only downside is a loud AC. Other than that the place is great. A+++

Had a great experience
We had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with the basics you need when you travel to Orlando. The host was very friendly and responsive when we communicated with him. The location is about 20 minutes from Disneys theme parks. The building was in great shape, the pool was awesome for relaxing after a day of walking in the parks. Overall I would recommend staying here. Great value for the money.

Not quite what was expected
Overall, it’s a decent place and in a great location, but not quite what I expected. It is listed as a “luxury” condo, but was definitely more outdated than the pictures let on. It was, however, furnished nicely. Cleanliness was ok - there were some stains on the couch and cushions outside, and some red spots on the bathroom floor (don’t want to know what those were) and old toothpaste marks on the front of the vanity. The tiny coffee table was broken on top and tilted side to side.
Pros:
Great location - close to Disney and lots of shopping and restaurants just down the road
Easy in and out of the community with the pass card
Very nice pool area
Nice little screened in porch where I spent many evenings relaxing
Cons:
This unit is right outside the pool, which is great. However, loud music plays at the pool every single day from 9am to 8pm. If you are looking for quiet or have young kids who need to nap, this is not ideal. The music should be mentioned in the listing.
Air conditioner works well but is incredibly loud
You are supplied ONE single-ply roll of toilet paper. I figured this out the hard way when I ran out and then had to go buy more of my own. Also only one roll of paper towel and very limited laundry or dishwashing supplies.
Kitchen is stocked but has zero spices, cooking spray, oils, etc - if you intend to cook you have to buy all of these things on your own.
Gym is adequate and has everything you need for a good workout but was VERY dirty and the air conditioner was broken.
Plenty of towels, but no actual beach towels provided. I had to use striped bath towels for the pool.
Pool bag provided in closet, but was full of sand and stained on the bottom.
Small cooler found in the laundry area, but the handle is broken and kept popping off.
I enjoyed my time here, getting a week alone while at a conference, but don’t think I would stay here again.

Everything was as describe , very clean, well stocked, enclosed balcony with pool view was perfect to keep bugs away, close to many local stores and restaurants, and my host stayed in communication with me anytime I had questions and made sure we had everything we needed .. also my daughter loved the pool and did not want to leave ! I will have to book again whenever I return !

This VRBO listing is booked through Evolve (Denver based). The property contact Evolve assigns you is the property owner. I received poorly written texts from the owner throughout our stay. On arrival we noticed a couple basic issues. Flooring thresholds sticking up and loose; and one of the visitor key cards was missing. The owner was informed. After being in the unit for a couple hours we noticed a lot of maintenance issues that have been neglected. Spongy and damaged tile floor in the kitchen, open electric outlet by the kids futon, water stained ceilings, wobbly kitchen table, dirty HVAC filter, and dirty bathroom vent fan. I wasn’t in a position to displace my family at the time while out on vacation so Evolve was contacted at the conclusion of our stay to inform them this unit needed repair. Evolve was provided any info they asked for then offered a 20% refund. This was my first poor VRBO/ABNB experience in the 8 years I’ve been using these services. As of 9pm EST yesterday I’m still getting email and text messages from the owner. Avoid this property.

We spent a week in Kissimmee and stayed at Roy’s condo. We had a wonderful week. The condo is perfect for a couple. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony which overlooks the pool. This property was a waste of money. The whole place was a fire hazard. They had furniture pieces that were contaminated with formaldehyde and no clean items. I wasn’t given access to the amenities nor was I given a key to access the unit. I was told by the project manager after I came back from Epcot, that someone attempted to break into my unit while I was staying there. I did not feel safe nor welcomed. The front office lobby employee was extremely rude and I felt discriminated.

My stay was amazing . The condo was spotless, very nice and I loved the details. The host was very great at communicating and was able to accommodate me because my flight was late. But overall everything was perfect ill be back next year.
