About this condo rental
Located in Seacrest, this charming condo for $813 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Mistral unit 20, named Summer Salt, is a renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom on the 3rd floor. Mistral is a 24 unit complex located directly on the beach with breathtaking views. This private, less crowded, family friendly beach unit is located perfectly to enjoy all the beach, shopping, dining, entertainment, and 19 miles of bike trails that Hwy 30A has to offer. Just a bike ride away from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. A car ride down 30A will take you to Seaside, Seagrove, and Watercolors. Feel like staying in, no problem, you are on the beach just sitting on the deck. This unit has a well equipped kitchen and all the accessories you may need. Two chairs and an umbrella setup included each day during the season, March1- October 31. Please note that this complex has no elevators but is an easy walk up and down and there is not a pool. LOWER LEVEL: -Queen Bedroom with all new furniture, mattress, linens, tile floor, ceiling fan, TV, closet. -Full Bathroom with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. -Built in XL Twin bunk beds with new mattresses, linens, and storage for unpacking below, charging station in each bunk. -Very well appointed kitchen with all appliances and every thing you need! Granite counter tops. -Bar seating for 4, table seating for 4. -Living Room with Sleeper Sofa, TV, DVD, cable, board games, and of course, the most amazing views!! -Private Deck with sunset views. -Spiral staircase leads to Master Loft. MASTER LOFT: -Up the spiral staircase: -King Bedroom with all new linens and furniture, TV, ceiling fan, chest, closet, vanity. -Full brand new bathroom with double shower heads. ALSO INCLUDED: -Wifi -Cable -Timpoochee Bike/walk trail can be entered from parking lot. -A charcoal grill is provided for the complex. -Private beach access is just one floors down. RESTRICTIONS: -Age limit to rent is 27. -Maximum guests, including adults and children is 8. -3 night minimum/7 night minimum during peak season. -No pets are allowed, no exceptions. -Check in is 4:00 pm central time, Check out must be complete by 10:00 am. -NO smoking in the complex or deck. 30A is a 20 mile county highway that runs between Destin and Inlet Beach. Running parrellel to 30A is a 19 mile paved bike path that will take you to endless locations to explore arts, foods, events, entertainment, and shopping. Just jump on at the driveway. There are numerous boutiques and art stores all along 30A. Pier Park is a 15 minute drive and offers an amusement park, name brand shopping, and entertainment. There are also several golf courses in the area. All payment requests and billing is sent and handled by VRBO. **Please do not hesitate to forward any questions you may have.

We had an awesome time staying on this property. The views are beautiful and the fact you can take a very short walk to the water made it even better. The property is super clean and fully accommodating. It’s very roomy. I think it might be a little cramped if your group has 8. Maybe it would work with Adults and kids. We were a family of 3 which made it very roomy. Staying off 30a is great because the crowds and traffic are so much better than staying back towards Destin proper. There are plenty of really great restaurants within the vicinity. If you want to travel into Sandestin or back east, traveling Hwy 98 is easy and fast. I would certainly stay here again. I believe you will like it here.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Summer Salt so much! Condo was clean and had plenty of extras, like kitchen appliances, blankets and bath towels. The daily beach chair/umbrella set up and our attendant Luke was very kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hallway bunks and I appreciated the detail labeled light switches & a very comfortable master loft bed! Thanks for sharing your great beach front condo!

The stairs where the "ONLY" issue.
If I were 18, they would have been no problem, but i'm not. The stairs were a killer especially with luggage.

The visit was a perfect getaway for our family! It was nestled right on the beach with an outstanding view. We arrived and quickly appreciated how everything matched it's description. It was very welcoming, comforting and met all the needs of our family. We hope to return again! Sincerely thanks for the hospitality in communication and wonderful place to relax!

Hands down the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in on 30A. The photos don't even do it justice. First of all, it is CLEAN. No dust in corners or grime in the kitchen or mildew in the bathrooms. The bathrooms both have fans, which is so helpful in the Florida humidity.
It's very obvious that a significant amount of thought went into furnishing this home. It's designed for travelers to get comfortable and settle in. Between dressers, baskets, and the wardrobe closet there's ample storage for you to unpack your bags, stow your shoes, and hang up your clothes. I love the use of hooks though out the unit. No need to hang any towels or swimsuits over the door or on a chair. Also the quality of the decor and furnishings is much nicer than that of most vacation rentals. Everything is updated and well maintained.
The kitchen had everything we needed, but honestly we didn't really cook big meals during our stay. Just made breakfast smoothies and sandwiches for lunch. Lots of cabinet space to unpack and store food/ kitchen items from home.
We LOVED not having to call and reserve chair and umbrella service since it was already taken care of. One less thing to worry about on vacation.
The location is prime with incredible views. The deck has a dining table with chairs, plus 2 adirondack chairs with cushioned foot rests. Quick easy drive to Rosemary, Alys, and the Hub for food or shopping. The host left a very thorough and helpful manual filled with everything from instructions for appliances/ remotes to restaurant recommendations.
One note (which is obvious from the pics)- the King suite is upstairs in the loft which is accessible only by a tight spiral staircase. It made getting up and down with luggage a little tricky. Probably wouldn't recommend that bedroom to anyone who would have a hard time with stairs.
Overall- would recommend to anyone traveling either with a small family, 2 couples, or even just one couple. This trip was for only my husband and I so we were able to really spread out with all of our belongings. We're already planning our next vacation at Summer Salt!
