Ideal if you’re having to stay in Cebu city

Slightly concerned that we wouldn’t get the room as shown as they have 10 units in the block. we didn’t but the studio we got was good. separate bedroom and shower/toilet to living/ding room with kitchenette. it was clean and all utilities and equipment worked fine. nice view across CC from bedroom. well located in the city but the locale was pretty run down and sad. 7/11 shop in the block is actually 24/7.. as is the Filipino restaurant just opposite entrance

slightly abrasive staff especially the young lady that collected the rent but I guess they’re hardened with the continual churn of visitors lifts are a problem as mentioned in other reviews

Great potential, needs a little more attention.

Great location. Easy check in/out. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans/utensils so we could cook during our stay. Air co and TV as listed. Clean linens and high use areas also clean.

Not sure if drinking water was meant to be included or not, but the dispenser bottle on the counter was empty. Toilet and shower weren't dirty-dirty, but we could tell they hadn't been cleaned (or cleaned well). Hosts came knocking one morning asking if we were leaving or wanting to extend our stay, but it was during our reserved dates. Countertop under the dish drain tray hadn't been wiped clean. Lots of small things give a bit lower rating. More attention to detail would increase this place's rating significantly. Overall good stay

Quiet and comfortable stay with nice host

Very well located for transport and restaurants. quiet rooms, Friendly security gaurds and everything you need onsite/within the complex so you do not have to go out it its raining. 7/11 dominos, a nice cafe, and laundry service

Takes so long for the elevators to come due to only being 4 of them for 55 floors of tenant and workers. sometimes spent 15 minutes waiting.

Lively place to stay with a big turnover of guests and near Mango Square.

The location is good, near Robertson's Mall in Fuente and just a short walk to Ayala Mall. The best thing was the awesome view over the city and sea, watching the boats coming in and out of the port and the Mactan bridge all colourful at night.

I was surprised that even on 27th floor there were tiny ants and cockroaches, despite all the traps laid all over the place. The toilet seat was loose and the door lock very sticky. The sofa was not comfortable, but the bed was fine.

Hope they clean the shower area and fixed the toilet. It leaks in the bottom and it smells. Otherwise the place is ok.

Great stay with few hiccups.Would probably stay again.

Room was 19 floor in a modern building with kitchen,fridge with freezer and a frying pan some plates utensils and rice cooker with an electric kettle. water pressure was good, location excellent with lot of food and convenience stores around, 10 minutes walk from Robinson's shopping mall. Access to pool

The host sent her associates who barely spoke English. The payment was only possible in cash which can be a problem for a foreigner as ATMs let you withdraw only 10k, host was understanding though and let us get the cash during 2 days. We asked for official receipt which was never delivered.First day we had one cockroach in the kitchen and ants on the wall, which we dealt with and it did not repeat afterwards for the rest of the stay. After arrival we asked for new sheets bcs they were looking dirty and they were stained. Netflix subscription was shared with more than 4 devices so sometimes we couldn't use it. Shower door wouldn't close.

Stayed in room 29L the bed was too small for a family of 3 with a toddler. they had the pull out bed without good mattress. the bathroom sink, mirror, basin and the deeper are very dirty. I had to clean it myself. internet connection is poor . stayed for 5 days but no one is providing a garbage bag. Elevator takes a lot of time especially in the morning as they are using it as a service utility for the garbage’s
