Nestled in Pahrump, this attractive house for $109 per night is a great choice for your next break. This is a Prairie Fire/front sight member owned, 3 bedroom structure, that sleeps 6, located on a fenced in 1 acre property used for multi (rv storage parking) as well as its vacation rental income. There are Double front gates located at each end of a U shaped driveway (keep gates closed at all times please). There is ample room for parking, just do not block the gates or drive ways going to the rear of the property. This property host a great view of Mt Charleston from the rear patio, and the front looks at a mountain range just a few miles away in California. The owner lives next door to answer any questions you may have about the area or property. The acre on the south side and @ the rear are empty lots, providing more seclusion. Master bedroom has a queen bed, master bath has twin sinks, a roman tub and full sized shower, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, & walk in closet, bedroom 3 has a pair of twin-XL beds instead of the prior bunk beds, to better suit our Prairie Fire customers. All bedrooms have walk in closets. Bathroom 2 has single sink, tub shower combo. There is wireless connection available, for customers when they book with us. We also have a horse shoe pit in the front yard for your entertainment, and Lake Side Casino ( man made lake) is just a few miles away. We are conveniently located on the south end of town, close to Highway 160, Spring Mt race track, & Prairie Fire Nevada shooting facility. We are also just 10 minutes from downtown shopping (Wall Mart, Albertsons, Smiths Food, Big 5 Sporting) with more Casinos and restaurants. If you have other needs, we are also just 15+- minutes away from the Hospital and other medical facilities. Our neighborhood is pretty quite, our sunsets are grand, and at night star gazing can be pretty amazing, if you come from well lit cities, you will be surprised. Pahrump is surrounded by open BLM land, loaded with off road use opportunities, and a very flat and fun dry lake bed as well. There are several wineries, annual grape stomping, balloon festival, native powwow, parks, golf, bowling, all of this is available and located close as well. We offer a full kitchen, dishes, silverware etc, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, charcoal barbecue, washer-dryer, all new furniture, mattresses and necessities. We converted the fireplace to a really cool facade, flip the switch and it even offers cracking sounds as well. We are Smokeless, pet less as well. 4:00 PM check in time, 11:00 am check out. Please give us a try, I, the owner Mike, live next door and will be available if needed. we offer a 1000 pc puzzel if you have folks staying, that dont shoot and may need something to do, put it to gather, sign it, if you wish, we will hang it on the wall

I rented this place for a family get together, so my parent could have a holiday with all their kids and most of their grandchildren. It was truly amazing! The house was exactly what we needed and very clean, even had some of the essential items. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time here. It was super easy to get around town from here. The Mountain View’s were incredible. Sunrise out back and sunset out front! We will definitely stay here again when we come to close on our property!

This property was just like it was advertised. Dawn was an excellent owner/landlady & neighbor. She welcomed us with open arms and was very helpful in answering all of our questions of the area. This home was very cozy and it felt like home the minute we walked into it. But.....our stay was cut short because of health problems. We felt we needed to go back home in Minnesota early to our doctors & hospitals. So we left in the middle of January, cutting us stay in half. But it was the right choice for us. We would definitely go back to this property and area if and when we decide to venture West again. We would definitely recommend this property and the owner's hospitality to our friends & family. We enjoyed what time we had there very much.

This was such a nice home. It was so clean!! We loved the location. The home is much more spacious than it looks online. The beds we’re comfortable. It had a nice couch that fit us all well. We loved the fireplace! The back porch is such a nice space. I am definitely going to stay here again.

I stayed 31 days and enjoyed every one of them. Clean comfortable place, plenty of extras... shampoo laundry detergent dishes etc. Fenced yard, comfortable patio area. Near shopping. Views of mountains. I highly recommend.

I wish it allowed 100 stars!! From start to finish the Decroffs were amazing. Spacious house for a family 5. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice privacy in the backyard...close to town. Smelled great and very clean!! I definitely recommend!!!

The place was great. Mike is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The amenities are nice and well appointed. Great location and minutes from the main city. 2nd time I have stayed at 1 of Mike's properties and will be doing so again soon.

This was a great property for being able to relax and make our own meals- so much better than hotels. Plus having access to laundry is awesome. Plenty of linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and more. They had great communication and made everything super easy for us!

Ditch the Saddlewest and enjoy a furnished home. We loved our stay. The owners were very responsive to all inquiries. We had a dishwasher go out on us. The next day they were on it. Highly recommended!

My family has stayed at this property multiple times and once again, everything was wonderful with the house! This is the first place we look to book when we are coming to Pahrump. I can't recommend it higher for folks wanting to be near Front Sight or just away from Vegas. The owners are very good at communicating and really have a great VRBO!
