2 of 3 nights there were drunk people screaming in the corridor, nobody control them. In the Spanish restaurant we waited 20 min and the waiter never came, we left. Then we complained and we were able to get a place in the French restaurant thanks to the concierge. Many people in the restaurants standing up without masks

very very large and loud. would have been nice to have more ambiance created with music on restaurants. Also would have liked more Mexican themed decor … felt too corporate, impersonal and cold.

Property was clean and well maintained

Front desk staff mainly in the platinum area. Rude, unwelcoming. Had bad checkin process. Our bad experience started with unpleasant checkin.

Beautiful location, good amenities, staff friendly and helpful. Also liked that they provided covid tests for traveling back to the states.

Everything about this place was amazing! Service, food, professionalism and promptness of staff, cleanliness, activities such as kayaking, boat sailing, swimming with dolphins, volleyball, adult jacuzzi, beach area and felt safe with the barricaded wall in the ocean. will absolutely be back!

All locations did not have the same items available the location with the most options of course had the most people

The hotel was very clean

The rooms smell very bad the beds are not comfortable and va but small but the most important súper noisy you can hear everything that’s happening in the rooms beside you. Not good at all if you travel with kids and elder people.

The picture from the beach is not real. There is not the beach. The sea is not blue:(. I was really disapointed of this. The beach was absolutelly distroyed

We booked the holiday last minute. The hotel was outstanding. The staff were all polite and helpful. The food choices were amazing. My two older boys went to the activity pool , whist we were happy chilling at one of the quieter pools.

There’s isn’t one thing we could fault with this hotel. The staff are all fantastic, always happy and will always chat with you. There was so much choice with food. Lots of different pools. It was amazing and will definitely go back.

Most of the staff was friendly and attentive, but seems like there is a high expectation for tips. Although we would tip anyway, I’ve never seen so many tip jars at an all inclusive resort.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I only stayed for one night and I reserved another All inclusive due to Ventus bad food and services. You have to PAY FOR WIFI! The rate is $15 per day per device. Name the last time you paid for WiFi. The staff are friendly but not accommodating. The current rating is highly over rated, breakfast, lunch and dinner are horrible on this property. There are much more accommodating and beautiful resorts in this area. Take your money elsewhere.

All staff and facility was great! Friendly staff, great food and drinks. Pools where nice and fun.

Not pay for Wi-Fi per day, even if you upgrade the room.
