Situated in Huntington Beach, this charming house for $598 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. There is no question that this is one of the top rentals in the downtown area. This home has A/C and is just one block to the beach and 3 blocks to the Pier, shopping, dining and Night life of HB. It is a very short walk to the New Pacific City shopping area as well as the Pasea, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels. And Yes it has Air Conditioner!! A fantastic floorplan with 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathrooms. Our beds are super comfy and have top quality linens and towels. The large and very well stocked kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances as well as a breakfast bar. There are two Family rooms with lots of seating, Hi Speed Internet and the décor is absolutely going to please your eyes. There is a front patio with fire pit and a center courtyard with Built in BBQ and seating for 6. This fully equipped home also has garage parking for 1 car and a space behind as well. Bicycles, boogie boards, beach wagon and sand chairs are here and ready for you to enjoy as well. Professionally managed by Walli and Joe who have been keeping tourists happy for over 15 years. This is one of the top locations in Orange county to stay while you explore everything from Surfing and sunbathing to Disneyland, LegoLand, Universal Studios. We had a fabulous time at the Huntington Beach property. The location is great, close to the beach. Main Street with all of its shops, restaurants and bars and the pier. All of the bedrooms as great sizes. The house was extremely clean, maintained and well equipped. There were beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, parasols and bikes, so everything you need for a day at the beach. We made great use of the bbq and the fire pit. We had two cars and the parking facilities were ideal with the garage, off street parking and on street parking. Walli and Joe were great at communicating and came back to us quickly with any queries. We’ll definitely be back to HB and would love to stay at the property again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the hosts were very nice. Lots of beach gear and bikes! Only issue we had is the bunk bed. The top bunk is extremely close in height to the bottom bunk. Worth mentioning because while it worked ok for our kids, I think adults would have a tight squeeze. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again on our next beach trip!

The location of this property is fantastic! Very clean house compared to your typical rental. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We were also welcomed by a bottle of wine and a gift basket. Overall the pictures are exactly as the property actually is and we had a terrific stay here. I would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed this home so much. We traveled to Huntington Beach so family could run in the Surf City Marathon. Perfect location (half mile walk) for the beginning of the race and the finish line, the beach and Huntington Beach Pier. This home is beautiful and exactly how it is listed. Walli was especially wonderful to work with. Air conditioning on a hot September day....Awesome!!!

Nice quiet location and yet so close to the beach and all the excitement. The house also provided all the beach amenities. The house is nicely decorated with beachy theme. My teenage boys gave it a thumbs up. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The property management were very responsive with any questions and issues we had. A/C worked great. We used the bikes for rides on the beach, an the beach chairs were great to have for the beach. Great location as we walked to dinner most nights and the beach was a short walk. Firepit was nice to have to hang out in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and well equipped with anything you would need. Our nights outside around the firepit was a favorite! Walking distance to everything. Walli and Joe were easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend for a large family. We had plenty of space and never felt like we were on top of each other!! Don't pass up this one!

Lovely home, comfortable and easy access to beach and restaurants on Main Street. Appreciate the dining tips from the property manager. Used the bikes daily. Convenient having a garage to park in too. Small issue with the 'fire pit' not lighting. Overall, met our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous house. It is a large, beautiful home with all the amenities. And it's in a perfect location! So close to the beach. We loved that there was street parking, but when it got crowded on the weekends, we could park in the garage. Also there are bikes, sand chairs, boogie boards, everything you need for a great day at the beach - including a wagon to pull it the short block to get there. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous gift basket of treats when we arrived. So kind and welcoming. This house really has everything you need for a fabulous vacation.

From start to finish, we had a wonderful vacation. Walli was very helpful throughout the booking process and always easy to reach. Really enjoyed our week at the beach in this beautiful home. Three bedrooms with three full baths made this a very comfortable home to share with another family. We all took advantage of the bikes, beach chairs and sand cart that are part of this rental. Easy walk to beach and pier.

The house was fabulous!

My family and I traveled from Virginia Beach, Va to attend our son's wedding in Huntington Beach. The home exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need with top notch appliances and cookware. The location couldn't have been any better and we were fortunate enough to watch the air show right from the front patio. On our last night we decided to cook steaks on the grill and the grandchildren enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. The house is 5 stars!!! Walli, the Property Manager was helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again.
