The access road into property wasn’t obvious on arrival ….however I realise it wasn’t the hotels fault and that the original road had been closed and new road not complete .

A lovely location, great parking, a fab restaurant on site, a spacious & modern room with a lovely little kitchenette and a friendly receptionist.

The room was not cleaned daily and it didn't need it but it would be good to check the bins during the week. I would also add a hair dryer (& maybe even an iron) to the otherwise great room facilities.

Country side feeling with loads of forrest nearby. Very dark at night. Clean and comfy room but thin walls where you heard other guests clearly.

Street light back at car parking would be good. Clear signs where to go when arriving late.

Guinea pigs, huge trampoline, playground outside for kids. Room and facilities were amazing. Staff helpful.

Breakfast, which consisted of cheese, ham, sausage and cut pepper, cucumber etc... was left in our room in the evening, on the table... It was soggy by the morning, and of course the ham etc has turned bad. Unfortunately the reception's answer was - this is how it is done... We could have picked up the breakfast from the cafe in the AM. It's cutting corners and lack of communication unfortunately... Beautiful place, but this was a bit of a let down, especiallyy the way it was handled afterwards.

Staff was very nice. Helped out with a luggage issue. They aren’t always there but very helpful. Breakfast was small but had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Little stores within 5 minutes of penzion. A nice quiet place.
