It was a beautiful beach and property. Enjoyed morning and evening walks on the beach, no crowds, very peaceful!

We very much enjoyed our time at It’s 415 Somewhere. We’ve been coming to the island for a long time and have never had a bad experience. Sarah was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and that everything about our stay was as it should be. Thank you so much Sarah!!

We loved the private secluded feel of the entire stay. We found 1100 shark teeth. I saw a shark face to face while snorkeling. It was a little shark but still scary. My girls loved hunting shells and playing video games and watching movies in the house. This was a perfect escape.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. You cannot beat the view and there was hardly anyone else with us on the beach. Sarah was very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had about the island. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed including a million dollar view of the Gulf! This is the kind of place where you can forget about your other life and just chill looking at the sea. If you are looking for nightlife and excitement, it is not the place for you. The owners were wonderful to work with and very accomodating.

Sarah’s place is amazing. Don’t let the ferry ride scare you. It’s super short and worth it. We brought our vehicle and purchased groceries ahead of time and our family of five didn’t need to leave the island. You can walk right out your door to the beach, across the road to the bay, and down a couple houses to a beautiful heated pool. Very quiet location, perfect for families. Very dog friendly too. We loved it and will be back.

We celebrated our daughter’s 9th Birthday at “It’s 4:15 Somewhere”, and couldn’t be more pleased. The home was clean, thoughtfully furnished, the kitchen well equipped. We’ve been to Don Pedro four times, and love being right on the beach. Our host Sarah was super communicative and very helpful. We had a wonderful time walking the beach, shelling, looking for shark teeth, and splashing in the beautiful blue-green water. We loved watching the sunsets and dolphins from the screened porch while sipping our favorite beverages. We caught (and released) Snook, Seatrout and Whiting right I front of our home. Having access to a great pool just steps away jgave us every outlet needed to while away our day.

This was our first VRBO experience and we were very happy with how easy everything was. The place was clean and they allowed our dog which we loved. We also enjoyed having access to a pool while there. The view is amazing! The ocean is close and the sunsets were beautiful! The master bed was surprisingly comfortable with the softest sheets. We would absolutely stay at 4:15 Somewhere again.

It’s 4:15 Somewhere was very clean and everything we look for in a vacation home. Sarah was amazing to work with and it feels like you get to know her and that means a lot to us. We love Palm Island and this was our second vacation to the island. The house has every amenity you could think of! The beachfront location and pool can not be beat! We are grateful for owners like Sarah and Jack who share their homes with families. Cheers and this rental is highly recommended!

The property was excellent. The location was excellent. If you like beachfront vacations with almost no one else on the beach, this is the rental for you!! We had a lot of fun!!

Our week here was perfection in every way. The villa's location and views from within were exceptional. The beach was several steps away outside of the back porch. The ocean was clear, calm and warm. The entertainment included spotting turtles poking their heads out of the water, manatees swimming by, dolphin on the horizon, boats coming and going (non stress traffic for sure) dragonflies, cranes and sandpipers carrying out their daily routines and sunsets that take your breath away. Let's not forget the owners who have organized data and processes to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and follow up to ensure all is well. We have come home relaxed with many good memories and a strong desire to return very soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean upon our arrival. We were right on the beach and one building away from the heated pool. Perfect!

We had such a great time on the island. The owner was very responsive to any questions and great to work with :) The home was very clean and was well stocked. The kids loved playing on the boogie boards that were provided and we even paddled to dinner one night! There were shark teeth galore on the beaches. I ferry runs constantly it seems so we never had to wait long to get on or off the island and once we were on the island the golf cart took us anywhere we needed. I love the seclusion of the island, it was very quiet and many times we were the only ones on the beach. There were ample beach chairs and toys and made the stay that much better not having to bring all the chairs and toys ourselves. The home was wonderful, plenty of seating and sleeping room. The deck of the master was the best! Perfect place to watch a sunset :) We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend!

4:15 Somewhere was definitely a little piece of paradise. From the time you step on to the ferry to be whisked way to the island til the time you have to leave on the same ferry. For a few days you forget there is a world outside of the island! Sarah and Jack have the perfect home for a wonderful adventure. From the close proximity of the beach to the golf cart ride to get ice cream palm Island is special .We saw sea life (manatees, fish, dolphins and a snake we even had the unique opportunity of watching a turtle come out of the ocean and lay her eggs right in front of us wow! I loved laying in the bed and hearing the ocean waves outside. We really hated to leave. Thanks again Sarah and Jack for sharing your beautiful vacation home!

We have been to beaches all over the world from bora bora to Europe, and this place was by far the least stressful and calming of them all. The place is clean and comfy. The beach is 10 steps away. The island is easy to get to. But most importantly, it’s quiet. You can easily be the only people on the beach for hours at a time. While it’s not a 5 star resort, and it’s not brand new, it wouldn’t have been as relaxing if it was. There is no stress to judge everything, no stress to just relaxing on the beach, no stress to deal with other people, just the beach and a beautiful view.

The home was well stocked , the beds were super comfy, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Loved it❤️

If you are looking for a vacation where you relax at a very private beach with pool access, this is the perfect place. We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this well stocked very clean town-home during our week vacation. Our family enjoyed looking for sharks teeth and shells while taking long walks with the dogs in the morning as well as swimming in the ocean and the pool during the day. The sunsets in the evening were wonderful from the porches and on the beach. The owner, Sarah, very helpful and kept us up to date before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

From the moment I saw It’s 4:15 Somewhere on VRBO I knew it would be the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday with my family! I contacted the owner with questions, who was very prompt with her email back which then led to phone calls with all my questions answered. I was a little concerned with the unit allowing pets but from the moment we stepped into the townhome there was no signs that any pets had been there. This place is so well-maintained, clean, organized and decorated with great beach decor. The beach is literally steps away from the wonderful screened in porch. I loved sitting in the screened in porch listening to the waves! The sunsets were so beautiful! No crowded beaches which made us feel we had our own private beach. The pool that is located steps away is on the gulf which allows for a nice breeze. This place has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation! We all had fun using the boggie boards. The bikes were great to have to explore the island and the kayaks allowed us a wonderful ride on inland waterways. This is such a special spot on this wonderful quiet Island! The owners of this place take such great care of this property and have it so clean and ready for their guests! They take time and are so responsive with all your questions which allowed me to have a relaxing and fun vacation with my family! We all can’t wait to come back to It’s 4:15 Somewhere! We really enjoy visiting Palm Island. The vacation rental was really nice. We loved the screened in porch. The island has one bar/restaurant and one small ice cream shop. Keep that in mind when coming over to the island. Plan your grocery list well. We love staying over on this island for the simplicity of it all. We would stay here again and hope to be back in a few months. Great location , great condo and wonderful owner .

Perfect non-commercial beach. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Grandkids asked when we can come back!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. It had all of the necessary appointments to make our vacation fun! The condo was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend staying in 415 for a delightful vacation in the Florida sun.

Don Pedro Island is a fantastic place for a family to get away from it all. Daily life is beach, pool, tennis, repeat - followed by eating and sleeping. Plus of course, it is always 4:15 somewhere and Sarah and Jack provide a great place to base your stay, with the beach right out the door. We were lulled to sleep each night by the sounds of the surf. This was our 5th trip to Don Pedro over 20 years, and this beach house was well-equipped, well-maintained, and a fabulous place to stay. We are counting the days until we can return!

We found Sarah and Jack’s amazing home it’s 4:15 Somewhere when my family was planning a trip to Florida for a wedding!! We could not have had a more amazing time during our stay. The home is so inviting and comfortable. The beach is right outside your back door, and there were tons of sand toys, boogie boards and chairs for us to use. My nephews who are 6 1/2 had such an amazing time finding shells, walking on the beach and spending lots of time in the water. The beginning of our trip was a little rocky due to weather and flight delays. However, Sarah went out of her way to make sure we made it to the island and had food on our first night. Since, we went straight to the island we hadn’t been able to get groceries. The next morning while we were talking to our neighbor Barbara she ran into her house to give us 1/2 a dozen eggs so we could have breakfast before going to the store. It’s 4:15 Somewhere is such an amazing place and Don Pedro Island is an amazing little hideaway in Florida. We were all so sad to leave this little piece of heaven, and will definetly be coming back to Don Pedro island and It’s 4:15 Somewhere!! Thank you so much Sarah and Jack for being amazing and helping us have an amazing experience!!!
