Known for its quiet beaches, nearby championship golf courses and excellent fishing, North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, is an excellent place for a family vacation no matter what the season. We fished. Played on the surf. Swam. Boated. Ate. Slept well. And will be back for more!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ed’s townhouse. The view of the sound was outstanding! There were crab traps, fishing pole, and throw net to enjoy. The beach was peaceful and easy to access. The only “not so good” aspect was that the full bed and singles wer not comfortable. Otherwise the place was perfect!

The listing does not do this place justice. When you enter the upper floor, the back wall is all windows, when the blinds are open you have the most amazing view of the sound and gorgeous sunsets. The two decks off of the back bedrooms also share that gorgeous view.
Yes, the decor is dated, but it's not as dated as you would expect from the photos. The layout is spacious and clean and the unit is bright and airy.
10/10 would stay again.

The place was spotless, convenient to the beach and had a beautiful view of the sound. Ed was a great communicator and very accommodating to our requests. Can’t wait to come back.

House and furniture is a little outdated but has everything you’ll need to stay! We enjoyed our time and would go back.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Check in was quick and easy. The townhouse was very clean and well-stocked. The sound views from the deck are amazing, and it’s a very short walk across the street to the private beach access.

Pictures didn't do this place justice. Very quiet end unit. West facing sunsets, East facing sunrise with a partial ocean view. Private beach access is directly across the street. From in condo to in ocean is under three minutes. Well stocked kitchen. Big TV for watching the big game. I was nervous about the old decor but everything was really clean. Had two small requests that host helped me with. Responded instantly. Very good communication. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful house with access right across the street to the beach. We enjoyed the pool on site, and the items that were on site for the beach house.

Perfect location...great Sound sunsets...so quiet, never heard from any neighbors...ceiling fans were such a blessing...internet outstanding...first time ever able to check in so early...communication with owner was wonderful...felt like home at the beach....
