located at near distance (around 2-4km) for most of the attraction in Hanoi. however, it is recommended to hire a car. staff are friendly and few can speak English, if your are foreigner better to use google translator.

Setting and providing necessary things like toiletries, scissors, nail clipper, pot to boil water...staff are nice.

The cleanliness- overall, it’s ok; however, there are some long hairs on the bed or around the room.

Efforts made by one staff member who had limited English skills but tried very hard to resolve a misunderstanding between me & one of her colleagues.

While it's optimistic to expect English language skills in every place I visit, hotels that are trying to attract international guests should encourage staff to improve language & communication skills. It certainly helps when a dispute arises.
