We enjoyed our weekend at this great house on Banker's Hill. The location was convenient and close to the wedding we were in town to attend. The pool heater had broken the day we arrived, but the host communicated with us, really tried to get it fixed (emergency electrician and pool guy) during our stay and gave us a partial refund when he wasn't able to get it working. Really appreciated the house and location and views anyway. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything about this place was excellent! It was nice and relaxing to come back and use the hot tub and heated pool at the end of the day. Tooraj was always available to answer any and all questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We stayed here in October and our family absolutely loved it. From the great location (basically 10 minutes to airport/Balboa Park/SeaWorld/Mission Beach/etc..), great amenities (well maintained pool) and responsive host (Tooraj was always very quick to answer questions), this property is absolutely a gem. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Tooraj checked in several times during our stay, which was appreciated. The home was clean and as expected from the pictures. The cabana by the pool was a treat and the pool itself was very well maintained! The location in San Diego is a quiet neighborhood with nice views. We appreciated the garage parking, laundry access, and easiness of the check-in process. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was fantastic. It was in such a great location, close to everything. The home was clean and updated, and the host was very responsive. We debated between staying at the beach or in a house with a pool, and it turned out to be an amazing choice for our teenage son and family. Being able to swim and go in the hottub and not having to share the space with others was really nice. Also the option of having music throughout the house was enjoyable. We'd read a review about the 3rd bedroom having a tight space for the pull out couch but its obviously since been replaced with an actual bed and all rooms and bathrooms had a good amount of space. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful, just like in the photos. Derailed instructions and check-in were seamless. Great neighborhood at the end of a road, so it was secluded and quiet. Super short drive to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for the weekend a few weeks ago. The property itself was very beautiful like the pictures and the pool and hottub were nice! There could have been more standard amenities, like bathroom products. The front gate didn’t really work and there wasn’t a broom pan when we were cleaning, and other little strange things but overall a great experience!

My family of four had a great stay here. We loved the pool and hot tub! The outdoor space is great and there was room for us all to spread out inside as well. We walked to coffee shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only downside for us was the third bedroom. It was tight to pull out the sleeper sofa and it was very uncomfortable. Such a great place to stay in San Diego!

The owner gave great detailed instructions. The check in was great! The pool was warm and so was the hot tub. I love that there was not an additional fee for those amazing amenities. We grilled one night and enjoyed the cabana, as well. It was my 2 daughters and I and I loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. However, they still wanted to share mine. LoL Whenever I had a question, the owner was vey accommodating. We did not want to leave. We look forward to visiting again! The Wagner Girls

The house is beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and it’s big. By the swimming pool, you can relax and watch the fireworks at night-we just didn’t know where it was from-we suspect from Seaworld. It has a 2 car garage, but we only used it for 1. I liked the bed in our bedroom, it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great, peaceful and it’s probably about a 10-15 minute walk from a lot of eating places which we like. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the trolley was not within walking distance, it’s about a 30 minute walk and it’s uphill ☹️. But we used Uber anyway so it’s ok:). The owner was easy to communicate with and he responded ASAP and he told us exactly what to do regarding the amenities of the house. Overall, it was a great experience for me.

We recently returned from staying in San Diego for 6 days, 5 nights. We were all blown away by this rental property. First, it is evident the rental is well cared for and clean. Private garage parking, fits large SUV. A/C works great on hot days. The pool is clean and well cared for, + warm. Excellent views, esp. to watch planes taking off and city night lights. We would 100% stay at this rental again. Thank-you!

This house is absolutely amazing! It’s beautiful, clean and in a great neighborhood! A full kitchen makes it easy to dine in and we loved the pool and cabana area! I would recommend this property to everyone and if we are ever back in San Diego, this is the only place we’d stay!
