This classic New England beach cottage has retained its original charm with a modern kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with pretty pine floors, ceiling fans, and a spacious bathroom. “DevOcean” is a two-story cottage with many the comforts of home while you vacation at the beach. On the front of the cottage is a spacious screened porch, which just received new furniture. Perfect for relaxing. The first floor has a comfortable living room, an expansive open kitchen and dining area to seat six. The kitchen boasts a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster-oven, drip coffee maker, kitchenaid mixer, and microwave. The living area has a TV with blueray player, a comfy couch, and cozy chairs. There is a brand new full/double sofa bed too! Enjoy cable TV and wifi internet. A washer and dryer is available for your use. The second floor of the cottage is comprised of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a claw foot tub. Each of the bedrooms has a full/double size bed, dresser, vaulted ceiling, small closet, and ceiling fan. Outside there is a large backyard abutting the Rachel Carson Nature preserve, perfect for privacy and playing yard games. There is a private outdoor rain shower on the side of the house.
