Situated in North Wildwood, this lovely condo for $287 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath newly remodeled beautiful condo in the Oceanfront Regency Tower Condominiums with private extended balcony on pool level. Sleeps 7 comfortably with the Master Bedroom having a Queen Bed and the second bedroom having a brand new full size daybed with a twin sized trundle bed. Both beds have brand new 8” memory foam mattresses which are very comfortable! Also, guests can sleep comfortably on the brand new queen sized push button air mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. The family can gather at the brand new table that seats 4 and an additional 3 at the brand new breakfast bar in the full kitchen. Talk about location, just cross the street to enjoy the beach and ocean or relax on your extended balcony on the pool/sundeck level of the Regency which is right outside your living room doors. And you can leave your car there because you're walking distance to North Wildwood's Restaurant and Entertainment District as well as the seawall and famous Boardwalk. *Linens (sheets/blankets/pillows), towels (beach/bath), paper products and beach supplies are not provided. These items will need to be brought by the guest.*

This condo offers it all, fantastic location - so close to the beach, restaurants yet in a peaceful neighborhood environment. The management at the Regency is very attentive and friendly. The huge balcony is fantastic and was great during the day for pool time but also evenings to enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze. The unit is very clean and updated. I can’t think of any improvements to suggest, our stay was perfect from start to finish. The beds and all furnishings are very comfortable. We (group of 3) enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the pool and beach! Staci was easy and responsive to communicate with, and the condo was clean, comfy, and stocked with anything we may have forgotten. We would definitely visit again!

WOW. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Book this place for your next vacation!!! The unit was clean and had every thing you could want. No detail was left out, the beds were so comfortable, couches were too. Such a great place to relax and unwind. Huge bonus was being on the pool deck, but still having privacy. The pool was clean and huge with great baby pool for our toddler. Great location, right across from the beach. Parking was easy. Host was attentive and checked in with us. Thank you Staci for a home away from home. We will be back next year for sure!!

Staci was great with communication. Unit was clean and had many amenities, including toiletry samples which was extremely convenient. The private balcony was convenient with easy access to the pool. My only complaints were with the Regency itself, and not the property owner. The staff is rude when it comes to parking. We weren't trying to take up any additional spots, but there was a miscommunication with the parking pass and they were quick to threaten with towing. Also, the second floor has some smokers on it so the smell wasn't the greatest. Overall, we did love the unit and would rent again.

My family has stayed at the Regency for 23 years. This was our first time staying in this beautiful double unit. The pool deck and private balcony was a big plus. Everything was just as expected with no surprises. My family really enjoyed the stay .

Property was great - very clean. Location was the best pool right outside our doors and right across from the beach . The owner was extremely nice and very helpful with instructions. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Annual family vacation
This property was exceptionally clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in while on a vacation. It was in a perfect location. We already talked about wanted to stay here for our vacation next summer

We had a fabulous time at this property. Staci was communicative and clear in all directions and the property itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. Very close to the heated pool and had the largest balcony by far. The location to the beach was exceptional and we were very pleased with everything. Would love to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our week at Regency Towers. Staci took care of a problem we had that was something she could not control. She responded immediately and help fix the problem. The pool area is great and the deck that leads to it is very convenient. I would recommend this condo!

Very clean and so many travel-size supplies were there, it was a nice (and unexpected) touch - forgot your toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc - you name, it was there. Paper towels, napkins, soap, dishwasher tablets, the list goes on. We have never stayed at a beach house that supplied any of these items. Beds were comfy, enough room for all of us. Now to the owners....Staci answered the phone immediately when I called when checking in and had a problem with the lock box (it was us, not the lock box!) and helped us with it. And the biggest thing for me was Staci going above and beyond when we left an item there (a bit of an expensive item) and didn't realize it until after we were home for a few days. She managed to locate it and even offered to have it shipped home to us. Talk about kindness! We would definitely rent again next summer. If you're looking for a great week at the beach, this is the place!

Unit has a private patio. Very nice and steps away from pool. Pool area very clean. Right across from beach! Unit is small but well organized. The only issue was for people with limited walking ability. The distance from the elevator to the unit is very long. Owner responded to all inquiries. Unit was well supplied.

Photos make it look a little newer than it is but it feels like a wholesome Jersey shore vaca. It takes 5 minutes to walk out the door and start setting your spot on the sand!! Also dont have to walk through a mile of sand to be near the water like other locations. Would absolutely recommend(we have two 6 yr olds and they loved it). Russos bagel breakfast sammies are a must!

Christmas Retreat
My family decided to go on a quick get-away over the Christmas holidays, but we wanted to stay in NJ due to COVID and quarantining rules. Staci's condo was exactly what we were looking for - it was on the ocean (for the shore vibe) and close to Cape May. The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped, including staple cooking supplies - we forgot cooking oil and coffee filters, but no worries, there was some! - and all the appliances worked perfectly. Each bedroom had it's own tv and the beds were SO comfortable - my 16 and 20 year old loved it. When I texted Staci upon our arrival and departure she answered immediately, we had no issues, but I would imagine the response would be the same. The condo was clean - important in these times - and I felt very safe staying there. Thank you for a great stay, Staci!

This property is in a wonderful location, especially for people with young children. You are so convenient to the beach, the pool was still open in the third week of September, and there are plenty of playgrounds close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Shore Getaway!
Staci’s condo is fabulous! My family and I have stayed at many places in North Wildwood through the years and this by far is our favorite. The location is absolutely perfect and the condo is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing shore getaway. The extended balcony is perfect for watching evening sunsets and allows easy access to the pool (perfect for little ones). Looking forward to staying here again next summer!

Absolute Perfect Family Getaway
Just got home from a week long family vacation here. This condo was beyond our expectations, and Staci goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. From the available board/video games for rainy days, the pool and beach toys for the kids, and the extra bathroom necessities, nicely labeled and organized in the cabinet, this condo is just gorgeous. It has plenty of room for everyone, and two bathrooms was a nice plus. The furniture (beds included) are top notch quality. We have stayed at 5 different places in Wildwood, and have always found something we didn't like, but not here. I cannot recommend this condo enough, and we have found our new Wildwood resting place. Also wanted to mention the staff members I interacted with were courteous and professional. Thank you Staci, and the Regency Staff, we will see you next year.

Fantastic condo! Highly recommend
I am a frequent visitor to North Wildwood and this is truly one of the nicest places I stayed. The check in process was very easy and Staci followed up to make sure everything was good. The quality of the furniture, beds, and rugs are excellent. Very comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms and kitchen very modern and very nice. The whole condo is well cared for and you can tell Staci really wants her guests to have what they need and enjoy their time. It is a great location and just steps to the beach and Seawall. I would definitely stay there again and give it my highest recommendation.

Thank you so much for the condo rental. Everything was great, the condo is in excellent condition and very spacious and updated. We had such a good time, the pool.access was right outside our door which is perfect for my mother who is 76. Thank you again for the rental.

We really enjoyed the beautiful condo, nicely decorated and homelike atmosphere. Out side our sliding glass door was a privacy deck with table and chairs as well as, lounge chairs. Right across the street was the beautiful beach. Short driving distance to shopping, site seeing, and wonderful restaurants.
Staci was so nice and just a phone call or text message away to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Everyone was so friendly and service was excellent wherever we went. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there on their next vacation. I might note that everything was so clean. The pool was just outside our door and was kept immaculate every day.
