The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown area, 5 minutes from popular 8th Street and 15 minutes from the University of Saskatchewan. Easy access to all amenities including Luxury Club House that features swimming pool, weight room and rec room with pool table. Property is brand new and features all new furniture and appliances. Includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access. We hope to welcome you soon and thank you for your interest! Beatiful property and apartment.
Some addtional clarification to the parking layout prior to check-in would have been appriciated. Situation was cleared up during our stay, contact and problem solving with property manger was fast and efficient

Had a little blip when there weren’t any towels, but contacted the host and were found in the dryer. Would like to have had a cooler cover for the bed as foam mattresses make it very hot. Very clean and the kitchen as well stocked

This was the perfect place for our stay to visit friends in Saskatoon - lots of space in the condo for us and a well-equipped kitchen so we could make our own meals. The pool area was very quiet and my 2 year old had a blast. We were the only people in the clubhouse whenever were in there. It is on the edge of the city, but easy access to main roads and easy to find.

We loved our stay. It was a perfect location and accommodation for my wife and son and daughter in-law as we attended a wedding. The location was surrounded with all the important things like a Tim Hortons. Our only complaint was the front door was hard to unlock, even the residents at the condo where frustrated by this.

Plus: clean, spacious, 2 comfortable beds, enough towels and pillows.
Minus: right on a major road and building exhaust fan located above the bedroom. Only issue if sensitive to noise.
Very nice club house with equipment, pool and hot tub.

The unit itself was comfortable and worked well for my husband and I. It was a bit out of the way, so check the location before you book. Response was disappointing. We booked an extra night and received a response and billing amount right away. We had issues with error codes on the stove and the TV randomly turning on and off (4 am), when I reached out to the owner, it took a while for her to get back to me. We left a day early and she told us she would happily refund us, but it never happened, and again, no response from the owner, even after reaching out a couple of times. I understand there was no obligation, but disappointed she did not follow through. I would probably not stay here again due to the lack of communication and distance from downtown.

The apartment was very beautifully decorated and felt very upscale, amazing stay and amazing host! Would definitely recommend the only one thing I found wrong was the keys were a bit hard to turn in the door but after a few times I got the hang of it but the apartment was very beautiful clean and smelled amazing. Great building and location and quiet building! Stay here ! 10/10

Great place but the front lock is a wee bit sticky so needs to be jiggled quite a bit before the door will open.
Not great when one is trying to juggle the door and luggage. The owners are very responsive and get back to concerns immediately . pay attention to the parking map as the numbers are difficult to see especially in the dark

The kitchen is well stocked; there are pots, pans, cooking utensils, a blender and your basic kitchen needs like plates and bowls. The pool was a great for the kids. We will book again for our next stay!

This condo was clean and well equipped. The owner immediately fixed two small things we needed. Beds were comfy and my teenage boys enjoyed the gym/pool facility. Not having pool towels coming from out of province wasn’t an issue as we could borrow from family and the front door was tricky to open. But overall, a perfect place.

Just as advertised. A tad pricey on the cleaning cost, and although the kitchen was fully outfitted, may I suggest adding tissues, and shower gels/shampoo.

Good location. The apartment has very low furniture. Beds, couches and living room table are very low. Beds are a little on the hard side. But all in all good
