Had everything we needed for cooking indoors, on the grill, and roasting over the fire. Boat lifts were a bonus and made it very easy on and off the water for our boating vacation. Lots of room, beautiful view of the lake.

Great cottage for families. Weather was perfect and memories made. Perfect area to enter Indian River. Kids loved swimming right from dock.

Wonderful, peaceful, fun retreat for my family group of 4 adults & 4 kids. We did all the up northy-things: pontoon boat, smores, swimming, toad hunting, cross in the woods.... It was wonderful having the waves soothe me to sleep. We enjoyed artistic details in the yard and home. Host was very attentive!

My family had an amazing stay at this cottage. It has absolutely everything you need for a perfect week on the waterway. It was clean, exactly as described and communication was great. Mullet lake is a great launching point to explore the waterway in both directions. We couldn’t have been happier. Definitely hope to stay again!

Very neat and clean beach house, which suited our needs perfectly. We used all four bedrooms, as another relative came down from Houghton for three nights. The house had a very complete kitchen with new-looking appliances. The lake is shallow for quite a way out, and is suitable for older children to play.

The cottage was clean and well stocked. The owner was easily available by texting. The view was magnificent. It was easy to access the UP and Mackinac island. My son and his family joined us from Texas. They enjoyed the cooler weather. The lake is so beautiful. t .
