We are passionate about the environment offering our guests composting facilities, zero-waste organic natural products, home grown organic produce & native regenerative initiatives. Guest access: You will have access to the entire property, minus the indoor garage. We live attached to the property and are happy to be available as needed. The house is completely independent & private although you may bump into us occasionally. Other things to note: Fresh laid eggs, seasonal organic fruit & vegetables, homemade preserves are available for purchase. The garden is scattered with fruit trees and stunning natives, we are very passionate about native forrest regeneration with a big focus on native planting on our 1/2 acre property. Only a 15 minute walk down to Sumner beach or a make your way up the hill for an amazing panoramic view of Christchurch and Lyttelton harbour or take a stunning scenic drive along the port hills. Closest ski resort Mt Hutt 1.5hrs away.
