Great hotel || Beautiful country || Friendly people

Wonderful place.Great value for money.Easy to reach Cameron city.Apartment is superb with all the mandatory facilities.They provided free of charge water bottles in room. At night parking had fully occupied but staff helped me to find a proper place to park my car. This is the best accomadation i stayed during my malaysia tour.

Extra Amazing

Hotel is really amazing good location and nearby to many places and also to the mall. Staff are so helpful especially one who is so helpful and friendly to us especially to our my grandma. He helped us to carry our luggage bag without any hesitating during check in and check out as the lift available to level 3. Our room at level 4. TV channel available also. My grandchildren able to watch their favourite cartoons. Bathroom was big..Will book again.

Nothing just would be better if provide hair dryer. One morning the shower water was not hot enough. Overall it didn’t matter to us. Lift is only provided till level 3. Have to climb up the stairs case up to level 4.

Very recommended budget hotel

My husband & I were staying with our 2 boys. Easy to find using waze. Upon arrival, we parked near the gate. Free parking inside the hotel premise but parking was full. We were amazed when we entered the room. The room was spacious. Everything was clean. Extra pillows were given. The beds were so comfortable & the blankets were not too heavy. TV channels were good..we spent time watching some movies before sleep. We were staying on the 4th floor but the lift was till the 3rd floor, so we had to climb a little bit but that's ok. Receptionists were helpful. Got wifi. Very nice stay for a budget hotel. Totally recommended!

Just maybe improvement for the hotel. We stayed in room 4A. We struggled a bit to adjust the hot shower temperature. Just a little tiny push made the water too cold or too hot. I was worried when my sons took a shower. Maybe the maintenance should look into this. Towels were thin. No tooth brushes & toothpaste provided but luckily we brought ours. No floor mat in the room so we used our dirty clothes to dry our feet after shower. No telephone to call the receptionist to ask for it. We needed to go down to ask so we didn't because we were too tired.

TQ Tulip Hotel.

Bilik selesa, luas, bersih. Mmg recomended kpd yg nak bercuti di CH. Berbaloi dgn harga. Sgt senang berurusan check in & check out. Will repeat again. TQ Tulip Hotel.

Parking nasib2 jela ye...limited sgt. But lain2 sgt puas hati.

Everything ok and the hospitality was good. It just that window from 1 of the room cant be closed tight so there is 1 coacroach we found in tht room otherwise everything was good.

No water dispensar.

Clean bed and floor, but not sure if they wash the bedding every new stay as I cannot smell any detergent fragrant. With heater but not hot enough for me. Parking is a little difficult as the road is small and limited space is available. Shampoo, soap, and bath towels were provided. No fridge though.

Overall good stay.

Price reasonable, apartment is spacious & clean . Always stay here whenever I visit Cameron Highlands.

Saw spiders (one was pregnant) & spiderweb at bathrooms windows & room windows. Saw a big fat lizard on the floor when we checked in. Hope housekeeping can do something to the pests. One of the room window handle missing & toilet bowl had bad smell.

unhelpful and argumentative manager

very nice room

unlike the 30+ hotels I’ve stayed in Malaysia, also some of them in Cameron Highlands, this one wanted to Charge me an extra foreigner tax. if this tax does exist I suppose all the other hotels have included it in their pricing, since they didn’t ask for anything extra. the manager, who was not at the hotel, argued about it on the phone for ages, but in the end the customer is always right, and here is the review to prove it. do as the other hotels do and keep the cost internal instead of frustrating guests telling them to look at government websites or call the government about their tax.
