Absolutely every noise gets through. I’m talking every door, every footstep, every conversation, people getting sick after drinking, 6am people clinking their spoons stirring their coffee, etc. Also there were sharp edges in the bathroom I cut myself on two different edges. There was only one towel provided. None of the staff spoke English. When we went for breakfast it was an empty room and no staff in sight, after 5 minutes we had to search to ask someone who said they would serve us breakfast. The breakfast itself was ok.

Great little hotel at a reasonable price. Room had a/c, and was quite large, actually. Bed was super comfy and the facilities were very clean. I would stay again.

Nice looking hotel and a good central location, there is a shopping mall just 2 blocks away. Internet also worked well without any issues. The breakfast was also good.

The warm water pressure was quite low and even with the windows closed the nearby highway was kind of laud. You hear the traffic passing by all night, though this may depend on the room.

The stuff was so friendly. They helped us trough our stay.

Be very careful! The owner tried to rob us several times. At course 3.6, he tried to force us to rate 4. The tours they offer you are very bad. The staff does not know a word of English. You will wait half an hour for warm water with extremely low pressure. They will give you a lousy toast and a mini drink for breakfast on the go.

Fraud, be aware

Probably full of fake reviews! I visited hundreds and hundreds places but this is by far the worst one. Bad in every way you can imagine.

Amazing place! Definitely value for money. The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are big and modern. Hot shower, like proper hot shower. The breakfast was really good.

The wifi in general is good, we could even work, but sometimes gets a bit slow in the room. BUT if you go downstairs in the breakfast area, the wifi there is very good and I actually preferred to work there as that area during the day is empty and quiet.

Wifi is not strong enough in the room, but you can get better wifi downstairs in the breakfast room, which is a nice work area during the day.

Nice hotel, very modern and new. Personel was helpful. At first it seemed that there's no hot water, but personel checked it and we needed to wait only a moment and the problem was solved. Very good, rich breakfast. Possibility to pay by card

The room was great (very clean and nice bathroom) and the location also.

We did not found the staff very helpful. There was unfortunately a lot of bad communication. We booked two trips with the hotel: the first day to go with a dune buggy and the second day to visit the ballestas ilands. The first day the staff told us that would be picked up at 3 pm. So we sat in the lobby at 3 pm, ready to go. we waited 1,5 hrs because the driver came at 4:30 pm …. The next day the staff told us that we would be picked up at 7am. So we were in the shower at 6:30 am when they knocked on our door that the driver was already there? We had to rush (the driver would only wait 5 minutes) and leave without breakfast for a very long daytrip of 8 hrs. We did not enjoy this.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Vegetarian breakfasts should be announced in advance, but unfortunately no one let us know prior. In the end, staff was very friendly about it brought a meatless option. Very tasty!
