Nestled in Manzanita, this lovely house for $874 per night is a great choice for your next break. If you're going to the stay at the beach, then stay ON THE BEACH in this wonderful family friendly beach house! Oceanfront and right on the sand! AND a fenced courtyard with 6 Adirondack chairs, fire pit and a rustic she-shed. An outside shower is located here too for washing off sandy feet. Everything is easy access - beginning with a flat driveway and paved pathway to the front door. No worries about lugging luggage or supplies up long flights of stairs. In warmer weather, simply settle into the 4 adirondack chairs on the back deck or step directly on to the sand with the kids to start playing with the sand toys! If the weather is better for indoor play, big windows across the dining and great room let in the light and the sunsets while you relax on a comfy leather sectional and cozy up to a real wood fire in the fireplace. Flat screen tv, cable and free Netflix are at the ready. The kitchen has newer appliances and is large enough to accommodate more than one cook. The large counter and barstools allow others to hang out and talk to the cooks. A generous round dining table welcomes family and friends to gather for meals and to play games. When you are ready for sleep, the primary bedroom (KING bed and 2nd flatscreen tv) connects to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and another separate daybed/couch which is a twin bed (the house sleeps 7 people). The second bathroom, with a stall shower, has a door accessing the outside courtyard for easy clean up of sandy kids. That bathroom also houses a convenient stacked washer and dryer. The former garage has been turned into a she-shed with French doors to the courtyard, an outside dining table, as well as a whimsical couch for relaxing while you grill on the charcoal BBQ. Just a few blocks away (easy walking distance) is the charming downtown Manzanita with unique gift shops, a spa, the classic Sand Dune pub, trendy wine bar, convenient grocery store, and several good restaurants. A flat, paved walking and biking lane leads from the house directly to town. The local golf course is around the corner. If you are a dog lover, you'll appreciate the dog friendly atmosphere of Manzanita and your well-behaved dog is welcome at the beach house too. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES ONLY: A Blink doorbell is located on the front porch and can see the front door. A second security camera is located at the front of the house and can view the driveway.

Because this was a stormy winter trip to the beach, my family loved this house for it's great room, fireplace and well-stocked kitchen. We were all able to hang out together and enjoy the view. The location is perfectly situated between downtown and the golf course with easy beach access.

The property is so nice. Super comfortable and very clean. All the appliances worked well. Great kitchen to work in. Plenty of seating areas to lounge in and visit with friends. Beds were super comfortable too. A couple of things we wanted to mention to the owners - there were no towel hooks or ample racks to hang damp towels on to dry after a bath; the screen in the master king bedroom was blown out and broken when we arrived- I tried to put it back but not sure it stayed in place; HVAC heats up the back of the house but not the front of the house; and we left the next guests some firewood for a first fire. We loved this house and will be back sometime. Julie is a super host in my opinion! She was great to work with and very responsive and helpful with our reservation.

What a wonderful gem. Cozy house that was great for family and comfortable beds. You couldn’t beat the sunset views. Just breathe-taking! Very dog friendly and we loved the courtyard. It was a great place for our beach vacation.

I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful this beach house is! It is by far the most comfortable we have been while staying on the coast. The beds are comfortable. The sectional couch and chairs are fantastic as well. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, spices etc. The house is clean and decorated very nicely. You also can’t beat staying right on the sand. The views of the sunset were perfection. We will definitely be back again!

We love this little house and its access to the beach. It’s just the right size for a family of four. Access to the beach is good as long as you don’t mind a quick climb up a minor slope (4 doors down from the home). Very nice!

This home was beautiful and equipped perfectly for our family vacation. We had people of all ages in our group and had so much fun walking to the beach, to town, and just playing cards and relaxing on the deck. Evenings were topped off with a fire in the back area and s’mores for dessert. We would highly recommend this home and can’t wait to go back some day.

The propertv and photos were exactly as described. It was decorated so nicely and had very nice appliances. Kitchen had everything you would need. We used the wood burning fireplace and it was so nice to have. It was pet friendly but you would never really know pets were inside the home. The beach was just a short walk away and easy to get to. We have only positive comments about this home - stay could not have been better. Stores and restaurants were within a two minute drive, although they would be an easy walk to get to. Internet worked great. We would return, thank you!

This amazing Manzanita beachfront property is absolutely perfect. We have always wanted to stay in a property on the incredible 7-mile Manzanita beach. This house is incredible. The Host has anticipated every possible need. When you walk into the house, the most overwhelming impression is the endless beach right out front. A gate gives you access to the grassy pre-beach area and then 7 miles of bliss. The house as everything a stay requires. We will be back. Loved it!!!!

The view is the hero at this house. It's an easy walk on the beach to town. We imagined how nice it would be to sip morning coffee on the deck facing the dunes and the ocean but it was too cold and rainy when we visited the first week of March. There is also a really cool party room in the converted garage with a nice grill area. We would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet location, ADA accessible, with limited steps. Very clean and comfortable beds. Big TV that takes up most of the beach view window, so if you want to watch movies or sports you will be very happy! Extremely comfortable furniture.

Perfect beach house! Great for a small gathering of friends and family, located close to the heart of Manzanita. Right on the beach and a short 1/3 Mile walk to town. House has almost everything you need and comforts galore. We wish we would have brought or bought firewood for the fireplace. We hated to leave!

This was our 2nd time staying there. It fits our needs perfectly. There are few beaches in the country better. One needs to understand that the Oregon Coast’s weather is not as warm as elsewhere - - the only minor drawback. We will return!!!

Everything was great except the shower in the master bathroom didn’t work so we had 1 working shower for 4 adults and the lights on the rear deck, which is facing the ocean, didn’t work either. Would’ve spent some evenings having drinks on the deck if the lights were working. Not the end of the world but for the price I feel like these things should’ve been working.

Modern well furnished, comfortable home. Well provisioned kitchen. Enjoyed sitting next to the dunes and using the front patio fire pit. Would come again. No AC , but not an issue with maximum temperature in July if 70.

Great views, clean, comfy and plenty of space to hang out. Walkable to town and to beach. Only suggestion I might have is to put a privacy screen on the left side of the beach porch. Houses next door were empty for most of the weekend but once others arrived privacy on the porch was lacking.

What a wonderful house In a perfect location! We came to visit our daughter and son in law in Portland but came to the coast for the weekend. The house was amazing, everything you could want and numerous extra touches. The beach was incredible, we found many sand dollars and just enjoyed the sound and smells of the beach! It was wonderful, hoping to come back some day! Thank you!

The location, with a brief walk over the dunes to the beach and a short stroll into Manzanita was perfect. We never used our cars once we arrived. The openness of the main living space was wonderful for our family to spend time cooking, eating, playing games and relaxing together. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and the decor is lovely.
