An excellent property. Great location, warm welcome and service from the Bravissimo team. Good kitchen and facilities. Nice bright space. Very clean. Cleaning pack and washing machine with a couple of laundry liquitabs was unexpected and a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

We only had a few small negatives, as the property is very good. I am only mentioning these things to help the owner to make tiny easy improvements, and help others who might be thinking about booking this property. On the whole, we were very pleased with our stay. 1. The door onto the balcony in the second bedroom had a broken catch and was unable to be secured. As this room opens onto a courtyard space, it is not a big problem, but until it is fixed, it leaves the apartment unsecure. We mentioned this to the team and I expect it should be repaired very soon. 2. There is only one mirror in the whole apartment, which is in the bathroom. It’s difficult for 4 adults to get ready at the same time. A small mirror in each bedroom would be a useful addition. Hooks in the bedrooms to hang towels after use would also be useful. 3. In the living space, there is a dining table and 4 chairs, and a 3-seater sofa, but on the 2 evenings we chose to spend relaxing in the apartment instead of going out, one person had to sit on a dining chair, which wasn’t very comfortable. We think the apartment needs a second small sofa, or a comfy armchair to allow 4 people to relax comfortably. 4. Not the fault of the owner/Bravissimo, but due to the good central location of the property (which is why we chose it) it is noisy until midnight with people in the nearby restaurants and walking by in the street, and again in the early morning around 5-6am with deliveries to nearby properties, and the town staff (emptying bins, street cleaners etc). Take ear plugs if you don’t like being disturbed. We were happy to accept this small inconvenience due to the excellent central location, and on the plus side, during the day, with the windows open, the noise from outside provides a wonderful city ambience.

Very clean and spacious apartment in the centre of Girona. Check in was very easy and the staff very friendly. We all loved the apartment and Girona, have already booked a return trip.

location, spacious, well equipped. clean inside the unit. good wifi, great restaurants all around. easy walk to all the sights in town. 15 minutes walk to the bus and train station with roller bags.

dirty around the alley doorway, no one to clean around the entrance all week and the elevator was Grungy! there was a lot of construction noise in the area, one night only dumping rock construction dented at 4 am. the apartment owner upstairs is noisy til Past 11 a couple of nights what sounded like moving furniture while wearing wooden shoes. bring earplugs and all will be good!

Loved that it was in the heart of the medieval town. The apartment was in a renovated building mixing old and new.

The apartment was beautiful, stylish and very comfortable in the middle of the old town. It was in a perfect location to explore all the sights, restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately the shower drain didn’t work and we had a flood in the bathroom, but luckily the apartment was equipped with a mop, bucket and towels.

Eventually we had to leave, but I would have liked to stay longer!
