Very easy and smooth communication with the hosts who so friendly. Special place, feels like home. Especially enjoyed the terrace. Perfect wifi, perfect air conditioner which in the heat during my stay was so important, really nice location. Definitely recommend the place!

The neighborhood is okay. The entrance is unassuming. But the space inside is simply charming…as are Juan and Marisa, the owners. It’s such a pleasant and authentic alternative to budget plasticky hotels elsewhere, and extremely good value. Breakfast was simple, basic but very nice.
Very little. Bedside reading lights would have been nice. Some will miss a TV (we didn’t).

The breakfast were good but I thought there would be cheese and cold meats and maybe a toaster not a grill. Coffee machine was good and the coffee was very good
The room was on a main road very busy. The other occupants were noisy when in there rooms leaving and returning

No room service while we were there for six days.... had to text someone for fresh towels after 3 days bought our own toilet roll a hen party arrived at 3.30am Saturday morning and were loud and noisy at breakfast time Saturday and Sunday morning juice in the fridge was out of date . The toilet was not filling up I told them about it at 9am Friday morning and the father arrived at 11pm to fix it. Had to share a balcony and the breakfast was very average with some leftovers used the next day
