The vacation was a 50th Birthday celebration for our family. The accommodations were wonderful and fit ours needs perfectly. We have been renting homes on AMI for years and this was by far the best pool set up. It was in the sun most of the day which was good for our 2 little fish that wanted to swim sun up to sundown. We had only a couple issues like no working coffee pot so we went and purchased one and left it in the house. And not enough towels which they brought more right away.

We had more than we expected when we booked this property. It’s a really short walk to the beach (beautiful and clean), just across the street. The pool was heated to about 85 degrees and the maintenance people came twice during our week to ensure its cleanliness. The bedroom layout ensured plenty of space, especially since the upstairs king also had a twin with a trundle. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. The pool was equipped with many floating pool rafts and rings. Also available were 6 beach chairs, three of which looked brand new, a collapsible cabana plus a wagon to transport everything to the beach. We enjoyed the putting green and ping pong table (a great place for the young early risers to go in the morning and let the rest of us sleep in), plus we found a corn hole set with the pool toys. There was ample cookware even for us being there over Thanksgiving and more than enough dishes, glassware and silverware. There wasn’t, however any spices, etc., so come prepared. There is a Publix supermarket on the island for anything you need.

SeaBreeze vacation rentals were great. They were 100% professional and we felt they were completely dedicated to making sure our stay was the best it could be. We had a few small issues that were quickly dealt with and resolved by their maintenance crew. We stayed at Flip Flops Forever. It was even better than described! Our family of 10 had a fabulous time. When I started my search for where to stay, I started with the leasing companies. The house was secondary. We could not have been happier.

The house was clean, but needed a lot of updates.
Bathrooms dated. Pool was very nice. Short walk to the beach. Handles in all showers were very loose. Not enough water pressure. Upstairs bathroom door did not lock. If sleeping upstairs you will need a fan. Plenty of parking, shade.
Would be nice to update kitchen tables and chairs.

Our family of 12 stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect being steps from the beach and a short golf cart ride to restaurants. There were pool floaties, sand toys, beach chairs, canopy and coolers. Plenty of towels, pillows, and extra blankets were provided. The staff was very responsive to our inquiries and even followed up with a call to ensure all had been taken care of. They were wonderful.

Perfect location in need of upkeep
The house has a wonderful location near the beach. Two minutes walking! Which is great! The pool area is beautiful. Although the chairs are in need of some TLC and the grill did not work. The house had plenty of bedrooms for everyone but is in need of a little upkeep. New doors are needed. Along with mattresses. If the outside matched the inside it would be perfect!

The house is spacious (we’re a group of 7, and had plenty of room) clean and in a great location - a short walk to the beach, and a fun bike ride around town. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly. Great get away!
We had a great trip to Anna Maria the week of Thanksgiving 2021. We had to families with 5 teenagers. There were plenty of bedrooms, the pool and game rooms were huge hits and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The temps got a little chilly and the pool heater stopped working the last 3 day so that was a bummer but other than that, no issues and everything was great and as expected.

House was a perfect match for our needs, and met out expectations. It was clean and well equipped both inside and out. What a neat island, with attractive housing options, and a vacation pace.

Great stay with a few exceptions
We enjoyed our week at the Flip Flop house. Close to the beach, nice warm pool and enough beds for all. There were some issues as on Friday during a rain storm the living room ceiling had water running out of the vent and the room where the ping pong table is also had leaks coming through the floor. Maintenance came and took pictures but nothing was done and we prayed for no rain during our stay. One bed in the bedroom off the kitchen is in desperate need of repair as my son could not sleep in it as he either rolled into the center or off the bed. It is in need of a new bed as it’s way to lumpy/ soft. Also one tv in a bedroom had to have maintenance come in to turn it on, there were a few other minor issues but the leak in the living room vent needs to be addressed ASAP as there is black (probably mold) around the vent and a crack now running from the vent probably also from the damp ceiling.

This is a great property in a great location with easy access to the beach. The layout of the house is great with plenty of room for a group larger than ours. The checkin / out process was super easy and we had no issues during our stay. We will definitely be looking to return next year. Thanks!!

Beautiful gulf side beaches
An awesome location, just few steps away from the beautiful gulf side beaches, very comfortable stay, a great private pool and ping-pong table too, and a very nice and responsive management team.

Loved staying here, between the pool and the beach it made for the best long overdue/anticipated family get together ❤. The staff were great in answering all questions, even the smallest ones. The location is great! And being allowed to bring our "fur babies" made it that much greater!! Would definitely recommend it!!

I rented from Saturday through Thursday.
Positive -
Property is very close to the beach, super comfortable with plenty space for everybody. It has 5 big rooms and 3 bathrooms and a sofa sleeper. (2 rooms upstairs / Mater room upstairs with an extra trundle bed ) *No extra blankets. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook (cooking pots, pan, oven trays, blender, slow cooker, traditional coffee maker) plenty cups, utensils, etc. All kind of beach items ( beach chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, beach cart, fishing stick, etc. All kind of table games, pinball table, etc. *NO beach towels. You will find a TV in every room and living room within plenty channels. WiFi available.
The House inside was cleaned .
NEG-
( lighting, trash and pool )
More lights are needed in the pool seating area / Grill area. Kind of dark and danger to get in and out of the pool and be grilling.
*A pool stair rail could also be very useful and SAFE for disabled/elderly people.
Trash-
Additional Main Trash bins needed. Trash/recycle is on Tuesday, so all the trash from wed-mon sits outside the trash/recycle cans. So, if your check-in is on Saturday you will have to let the trash bags on the floor for days.
Pool -
Same with the pool, cleaning guy only comes on Tuesdays, you might think that after being changed an additional “Covid-19 cleaning fee” they will clean the pool at least after each rental, since the house can’t be rented less than 5 days. The water was duty, my kids couldn’t wait to jump in the pool so they did on Saturday “ my checking day” but we couldn’t use it again until Tuesday night after they cleaned it in the afternoon and then wait for hours until chemicals dissolved.
Overall , great property with minors issues that can be easily fixed.

International Reunion
First of all, I want to thank Sea Breeze Vacations for their attentiveness. Any time I called or emailed, I received a prompt response. We met with our exchange student's family for abroad. The house was great. Enough room for all 10 people. All bedrooms now have 32" flat screen TV's. The WIFI was great even with 10 people using access. The pool and patio area were perfect. The house itself may have some age, but there have been updates. The house is on Gulf Drive, but you would not know it inside. The house is well insulated so there is no noise. It was great to be able to walk to the beach daily. We would use this house again for a large group!

International reunion
We met our exchange students family here for a week. They traveled from Finland. Previous reviews are too critical. The property is a bit older, but well maintained. There have been improvements overall. New 32” flat screen TV’s in all bedrooms. Wifi was strong enough for our group of 10!! We were able to fit everyone around the table for dinner and games! Pool area is well maintained. May want to mention the alarms at all doors and fencing on pool area.

Great Christmas Vacation
Had a great time at this house! There were 9 of us and this had plenty of sleeping room. The common spaces were a little cramped and the furniture a bit uncomfortable (sofa and love seat). Plenty of room to eat and cook! The pool was supposed to be heated to 82, but it was too cool for us to get in and swim. I would like to recommend adding a recycle bin in the kitchen to make it easier to recycle and keep the garbage separated. Super location. Just about 4 houses from the beach! Great place for 1 large, or multiple families, like we had!

Beautiful beach disappointed house
Lets start with the pros. Very close to a beautiful beach. The area is very peaceful. Kitchen had everything required to cook and enough plates glasses and utensils.
The Cons. House requires a lot of maintenance for the price they are renting it for. The photos are not what it truly is. The furniture in the living room have not been cleaned in some time. The living room sits five or six for a 12 ppl house. The size of the living room is roughly a 12x8. The breakfast table sits 4. The dining table sits 6 however we did not use being the chairs are falling apart. Did not want to incur any additional charges for their faulty furniture. The so called garage is the gaming area. This is where the ping pong table and other toys are located. Needless to say the room is to small for a ping-pong table and no ping-pong balls, had to buy them. Could have save my couple of dollars had I inspected the table first. . However, would not recommend using the table being it is wobbly and can easily break if put enough wait from any size child. Some window blinds are broken. (Recommend taking before and after photos just in case) no WiFi. If you have kids that depend on it. Please bring a MiFi I realize we are on vacation and should not require this. Too each his own. Grill completely rusted and dirty. Pool area is nice but not much space to walk around. Putt putt area with no golf balls or clubs. 10 in tv screens for each room. I mean why even bother to anything in the room. The bed is too far for anyone to see the tv anyway. Remotes with no backing and blue painters tape used. Some you can’t even use being they have dead batteries. Baseboard on the second floor coming off the wall. House smells like mildew. Bathroom upstairs must have had a glass door that broke and the decided to just put a shower curtain. Again. I am pointing these little things because they are too many and for the price they charge. It is truly unacceptable. My family and I spent the last night and morning to clean and make things somewhat better for the next group. It truly should be an embarrassment to charge these fees and prices for this home. 345 dollars for cleaning fee. 12% tax then 3% more tax for HomeAway.

Great Location, looks like pictures, but . . .
The house was just like pictures, and just the right size for our group, however . . . it was not cleaned very well . . . the pool had a bunch of debris in it (I know the pool guy comes on Tues. but this should be done by the cleaning crew, so its nice for the arrival), and the floors were full of sand and dirt (not trash, but as soon as you walked on the floor . . . yuck). We went and got a Swiffer and mopped it ourselves. Also, there were no batteries in the main TV remote in the living room, and it was hooked up incorrectly. The TV's in the bedrooms were extremely small (like computer monitor size), and there were leaks in the outdoor faucets (which they turned off, and didn't repair while we were there, so we couldn't wash off after coming back from the beach), and a leak in the kitchen faucet, which they came out and replaced right away. The cleanliness of this place, and some overlooked conveniences were very disappointing, and will probably make us choose another place next year. :(

Flip Flops Forever
This is our second time staying at this property. It is great because of the close proximity to the beach. The pool is a great size and really wonderful to swim in after being at the beach all day. The area around the pool has become a bit jungle like. I think some maintenance is needed on the bushes. We were sitting around the table and had bushes hanging onto our heads and the palm like leaves were well into the path making it difficult to walk around the backside of the pool.
The tv's were a little frustrating to figure out but we finally managed. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. I would definitely recommend an upgrade on the mattresses. A good night's sleep is very important on a vacation and everyone did complain on how uncomfortable the beds are. Beautiful island and love the location!

Flip Flops Forever
My friends and I loved the house. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool was spectacular-heated to the perfect temp for evening swims. The location was perfect just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. Many restaurants with in a few minute drive. The house was very clean when we arrived and the promised beach towels were there but when looking for the beach chairs none were found . Called Seabreeze and they sent someone to double check. When he also did not find them he promised to have chairs to us the next morning(it was late in the day when I called). Next morning the chairs arrived as promised! The paper goods supplied were more than enough for our stay so didn't even need to go to the grocery store for extras. My only negative comment would be that the landscaped area around the pool needed a clean up. Dead palm fronds were all over and weeds along the back of the house outside the playroom.

Had a great time on Anna Marie Island
We came to area to play golf in the Bradenton area and this home is within 45 minutes of many golf courses. We really liked the island- all the people we met were very nice and welcoming. We visited many restaurants and pubs and utilized the Monkey Bus- the free transportation service for the island- what a great idea! The home was pretty much as advertised- clean with plenty of bedrooms for the 11 guys that came on our trip. Although we were on a golf trip, the home is just steps away from an awesome beach- we were there every morning to take a quick walk and have a cup of coffee. The back yard and pool are very nice- wish we would have had a chance to use them- the weather was just a little too cool in the evenings. Would definitely rent this home again.

Great house!
The house accommodated our party of 10 very comfortably. It was great having the beach so close and we all enjoyed swimming in the pool. The weather was also perfect for us all week.

Wonderful holiday!
We had a great time at this house. Our party of six adults and four small children could easily fit as there were five bedrooms. Of course, for us and especially the kids the pool was the highlight of the trip. It's even bigger than the pictures suggest. Great to have pool and beach toys. We also very much enjoyed the shuffle game and they even have a putting green! The kitchen is very well stocked. The location is great with the wonderful beach almost at the doorstep. There are some great laid back restaurants not too far away as well. If I have one suggestion for the owner it may be to add some outdoor lights around the dinner table at night.
