Whether bringing the family together, catching up with friends, or just getting away, this cottage is a wonderful place to be. Walk 2 blocks to downtown New Buffalo to enjoy good food, or head over to Barney’s grocery for supplies then cook your own specialities in the full kitchen or on the back patio Weber grill. The walk along the marina is a favorite with Stray Dog right there to satisfy your appetite. Stroll to the beach to enjoy playing in Lake Michigan or watching beautiful sunsets over the water. There are beach chairs and towels for you in the cottage. Or stay close to the cottage and relax at the private, heated community pool. Catch up with a good book on the screened in front porch, or watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV's. The house has a wonderful layout that allows visitors to spread out over three floors, with bedrooms and bathrooms located on every level. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower. The first bedroom has a queen bed while the second has two twin beds. There are also two portable cribs available. On the main level, there is a bedroom with queen bed and full bath. And in the fully finished basement, there is a queen bedroom en suite.

Had a wonderful stay at Cottage Moe. House was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable and prepare meals. Location was perfect and easy to walk to restaurants and boat dock. Would highly recommend, and Leann was lovely and easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay.

The cottage was absolutely perfect and listing is accurate. Perfect spot to walk to anywhere in downtown New Buffalo and very close to the community pool. We had a great time and plenty of space for 7 ppl.

This was our second summer at this house and we loved it just as much as last year. The location is great and the kids love the pool and ability to walk to the beach. The house is well maintained and has a lot of great pool and beach toys in the garage.

Our stay at this cottage was perfect for our family, which includes young children. The pool is right across the street, we walked into town everyday, and the home, itself, is very nice. The home is decorated so cute and has just about everything you need.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was delightful- others were friendly but mostly quiet. The pool was festive but never difficult to find a chair. Easy walk to downtown. The house was cozy, comfortable and very roomy. Front and back outdoor spaces were wonderful. Would definitely rent from here again. It was ideal!!

We absolutely adored staying in Leanne’s home for our recent girls trip to Michigan wine country. The home was clean and cozy with everything you could need! We were able to walk to downtown New Buffalo and to the beach for a morning walk, and we were a short drive to all the wineries. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again for sure! We had a wonderful stay at Leann’s cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect, and the heated pool fantastic with the kids. We were able to prepare full meals in the kitchen, walk to the beach, and swim in the pool despite some overcast days with temps in the low 70s. Communication and check in were seamless. We would highly recommend this property and would return any time we wanted a stay in beautiful New Buffalo.

This property is within walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Our family of seven had plenty of room because of all the bedrooms, bathrooms and lounging areas. The pool location across the street was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. Perfect location for walking to shops/restaurants and the beach. Our young ones really enjoyed the pool. The cottage was perfect for our family with 3 separate floors for sleeping and hanging out. Lee provided everything you could possibly need for a memorable stay! The little ones really loved the inflatable pool toys. We hope to be back soon!

A Wonderful Week
My family and I had a wonderful week in New Buffalo. The house was perfect for our family.
It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and having three floors gave each group their own space.
The neighborhood is perfect, quiet, close to downtown and the beach. It’s great having a pool as well for the kids to play in.
Leeanne was extremely helpful. When I had a question she answered my text right away. We spoke on the phone and it was a very pleasant conversation.
We are hoping to rent the house again next year.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our group. It’s an easy walk to Whitaker St and the community pool is very close as well. LeAnn is a very sweet lady also. We will definitely be back!

Cottage Moe was the perfect setting for our family vacation. Our host, Leann, has outfitted the home-away-from-home with everything that one could possibly need. The cottage provides ample space for family time or personal space. The community was peaceful and beautifully landscaped. We made good use of the pool every day and enjoyed our evenings sitting under the illuminated maple tree on the front patio. There is no need for driving. The cottage is a short walk to the beach, playground, restaurants, and grocery store. We highly recommend Cottage Moe for a pleasant and stress-free vacation.

This was the perfect getaway for my cousin’s bachelorette party.
The cottage was so cute and clean. Had every amenity we needed, I was sad we only stayed 2 nights! I definitely want to book another trip soon. It was in perfect location to all the bars/restaurants and the water!

I absolutely loved our family getaway at this gorgeous cottage. When we walked into the cottage, the adorable décor made us feel right at home. The extra areas in the lofted rooms for the children was absolutely perfect. Our toddler (2.5) and baby (8 months) slept like angels. Even during Memorial Day weekend, it wasn't too crowded for our whole party to go and swim. The proximity to the downtown and the beach made our trip a breeze. Cottage Moe was the perfect fit for our family trip! Leann is an amazing hostess and was helpful with all my questions before check-in. The home was clean and stocked with anything you would need for the beach. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The location is a short walk to downtown New Buffalo and a reasonable walk to the beach. Plus, the community pool is basically in your backyard. We will definitely return!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids ,stayed in this house for four days for our family vacation and we had a lot of fun . The house is very clean and beautiful, has everything you need ,we wouldn’t bring our own kids dining chair or floating if I knew they have all of that . The pool is right next to the house, It’s not far from the beach but it’s a good walk for kids. Would come back !

This is the best VRBO we have ever rented! The cottage was clean, well decorated and had everything you could need (beach items, pool items, games, all of the kitchen things) - it felt like staying at a friends house! The location is walkable to all of New Buffalo and the neighborhood is so charming. The heated pool was a great addition to the beach on a few days it was a little cooler.
