This apartment is carpeted, I was hesitant to book it at first as I worried. The carpets are clean.

The friendly and helpful reception. Rooms wer comfortable. Pools wer very nyc. Lots of activities. Great food available. Host was always available for queries.

The sliding door does not lock at apartment. Water leak from roof in the second room. Funny odour on entrance. No wifi connection. Needs new dish cloth. Needs an update with cutlery,grater etc.

The suite was nice. We also had nice views.

We didn't really use appliances that were in the kitchen but even if we wanted to the toaster was so dirty. And the daunting security process. Hopefully in future it will change. We constantly had to explain to security who we are and where we are booked when we come back from shops.

The rooms were spacious and tidy.

The air conditioner did not work after we asked them to fix it. There was no warning given to us prior to our stay that there would be construction being done in the building. The construction sites made lots of noise and therefore we weren’t able to sleep during our stay with a very sick 3 year old child. Which is also not a safe place to take a 3 year old child. We were not able to use all the facilities that was included in the price.

The facilities are beautiful, enough air conditioning throughout, more spacious then I expected. Beautifully decorated, Very peaceful environment. Rooms properly sound proofed.

Entering the property is a mission from west gate, not having direct access to the beach, only via shuttle wasn’t something I enjoyed especially because we were pulled off the beach early last shuttle left the beach at 4:30. No cleaning equipment was left at the apartment, so any mess made by the kids had to be left that way(not even mentioning the beach sand). I think the area puts residents first and that comes as a disadvantage to holiday makers. Sliding door didn’t lock at all on both sides. No place to hang any wet towels or clothes. We were given one key card, so if my husband had to pop out we would be left in the dark.
