Excellent séjour à proximité de la plage de flic en Flac

У хозяина телефонный номер, указанный на сайте, привязан к вотсаппу, так что проблем с коммуникацией не было. по прилёту предупредила, при заезде встретил, показал, рассказал, сказал куда положить ключи при отъезде и все.Удивительно чисто, интерьер подобран со вкусом, все удобно продуманно. Есть все необходимое: плита, холодильник, чайник, утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка, стиралка,фен, и т.д. вот прям все, даже фумигатор с пластинками;) не пригодился. да, и сейф есть. Знакомая разместилась в отеле Анели, пришла в гости и захотела переехать, но номеров не было.

Над окном спальни снаружи размещены блоки кондиционера. Ночью шумят. Я свой стала выключать на ночь. Но второй гудел сильно.

Séjour en couple

Accueil et explication très claire à l’arrivée par le propriétaire. L’appartement est très grand, équipement modern et propre. Place de parking intérieur et surveillée. La plage est accessible à 5 min à pied, les commerces et restaurants sont à proximités.

Un peu bruyant le matin avec les camions qui viennent ravitailler le commerce adjacent.

En résumé nous venons régulièrement au Maurice mais nous reviendrons pas dans ce logement. Idéal pour des gens de passag

Le confort de l’appartement était parfait. Nous avions de l’espace, et des lits confortables ! L’aménagement était vraiment de bonne qualité. Le propriétaire est très gentil et discute facilement.

Plusieurs choses ont vraiment été contraignant durant notre séjour: 1): le bruit! Le soir la musique autour jusqu’à 2h du matin est juste Infernal sans compter les personnes bourrés que l’ont entend comme si ils étaient dans le logement tellement, c’est peu Insonorisé ! Et ça, pas uniquement le week-ends, en semaine aussi.. Le matin les camions de livraisons qui stationnent devant l’appartement, qui recule (le bip bip de recul…)et les gens discutent fort, et donc un bruit considérable de 5h à 9h ! 2) le manque de place pour se garer devant le logement: En face il y a un hôtel et tous les jours il y a des voitures de personnes de l’hôtel qui stationnent DEVANT LE PORTAIL! 3) le fait d’être filmé en permanence peut être dérangeant. Le propriétaire a la vue sur vous en permanence autour du logement. Je ne sais pas si dans le logement aussi… nous n’avons pas vu de caméra, mais la question mérite d’être posée.. 4) le problème d’eau chaude récurrente dans le logement, est aussi inacceptable: pour plus de 800€ les 2 semaines, avoir de l’eau chaude tous les jours est le minimum…

Great Appartment. Perfectly located.

The Appartment is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having our breakfast at the dinning table while opening the balcony glass door and allowing the morning breeze to flow in. The house has everything you will need, (plates, cups, bowls, toiletries, etc). There is ample parking at the location. There is a big supermarket next door, restaurants just down the road (strongly suggest you try pizzaart). Flic en flac beach is 3 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this Appartment.

They use solar heater for hot water, so you need to be conservative with your hot water. We took the first floor Appartment, so had to carry out luggage up and down. Which honestly speaking was not a serious issue for me.

Very good apartment near flic en flac beach!

This was a spacious and clean apartment that is very close to the Flic en Flac beach, we also liked the following: - Has two large bedrooms with decent comfortable beds, spacious lounge, dinning area and kitchen with fridge, kettle, cooker, microwave oven, plates, cups and other utensils. The A/C was working in both bedrooms and lounge. Also has a clothes washing machine that you can use; - The apartment has its own compound with a parking spot, which feels secure; - The area is quiet at night, we did hear some music being played by the bar nearby on weekends but it wasn't too loud; - A large supermarket is just there in front of the property, also a cash machine is there, a car hire/travel excursions company and some decent restaurants and bars; - The host was friendly, showed us around the area and responded to our messages if we needed any help.

The following things can be improved: - The shower head needs replacing as it was really bad and leaking from everywhere. We also didn't get hot water one morning so we contacted the host and came after an hour or so and said that the boiler is solar powered and there wasn't enough charge. He put it on electric mode but it didn't warm quickly and we had to have cold showers and go for our activities as we were being delayed. It was fine for the remaining days as I believe he set a timer to heat the water with electricity early morning; - The cleanliness could be improved as there were ants everywhere in the flat but otherwise it was relatively clean. - The flat is on the first floor so you have to take your bags up 2 sets of stairs as there is no lift.

The stay was pleasant.

Large airy appartment with balcony. The host was very helpful. Good Internet connection. Functional and quiet AC. Very good location - near the beach and supermarket.

Noisy parking lot under the balcony. The beds were hard (for us).

Very good

Location was perfect! Close to dive clubs, right on the beach! Close to large super market. The apartment is spacious and confortable with fully equipped kitchen for self catering is perfect. We were there during a cyclone and we felt safe and looked after by the host providing us with updates and check-ins.

The beds and pillows are very hard.

Very nice apartament. Spacious, cozy, very modern and fresh. Many mood light option. Very clean, equipped with everything you might need. The host is comunicative and very helpful. He helped me big time with a matter not even connected with my stay. Really appreciate it.
