Good

Very spacious apartment, and it had everything we needed.

The shower for the two bedrooms didn't work very well, the pressure was very weak. The beds need better pillows for comfort.

Hilton Head is the best place to relax

I loved the convienance of the distance from room to pool and beach. The room was very spacious and beautiful views. The room was fully stocked with appliances and dishware. The rooms were a little dated but that did not take away from the stay at all. Location to all family friendly restaurants and upper classy places to eat.

besides an update to the rooms there really wasn't anything negative about our stay. we had an issue when we arrived that the air conditioner was stuck on 75 degrees but they sent someone right a way to remedy the problem.

Windows are smoky and distort the beautiful property and beach view. Pillows are worn out and flat.

The office was about 2 miles away, but was on the way to the property.

We were given a code to the lock box, but the key was not in the envelope left for us. We arrived at 5:30, and the office closed at 5:00. I called the after hours line and we had to wait for someone to return to the office to give us the keys.

It's almost a good place to stay

The location and the pool. The beach was a small walk away.

The master bedroom bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. The master bedroom door doesn't lock either. The window blinds need repaired. There were many gnats upon arrival. The shower appeared to have areas of mold.

Disappointing

Well I was told that we had two jacuzzis one in each bathroom neither one of them worked even though they were jets in the tub there was no mechanical devices to stop them so they were just bathtubs with with jets no jacuzzi other than that everything was pretty good except the blinds were missing off the not as nice as I was told it was going to be not as nice I was told it was going to be me and my wife were very disappointed on the cleanliness and everything else window the dining room table was disgusting when we walked in and they were s*** all over the place someone should have vacuumed it

location to beach, security gated community, quiet, ample parking, hot tub, pool, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, perfect!

kitchen faucet leaks should be replaced due to its age, front door needs a sweep, fry pans old with Teflon worn off.

Nice quiet family beach vacation on a budget!

Location, close to restaurants/things to do, loved the layout of condo, spacious and bedrooms on opposite sides of condo for privacy. Large dining room table for meals and working on puzzles, playing games. Overall, super quiet and ample parking.

As described in contract, condo furnishings and decor were outdated and some things missing or needed repair. Blinds in living room wouldn’t slide open, no hair dryer, no cookie sheet, measuring cup etc. Beds were hard as rocks! Two irons and two ironing boards- who irons on vacation?! Discolored grout in shower made it look dirty.

All in all it was an excellent experience and we would rent that unit again.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Great pool facilities. Quiet setting. Nice balcony. Unit was very clean upon arrival and had nice floor plan layout with nice spaciousness for our party of four. Nice privacy between master and guest bedroom.

As for the unit, all was mostly just fine. Pillows on the beds were flat without "fluffiness". Not a big deal, but vertical blinds did not function properly in living room or master --control rod broken in living room. Refrigerator- temp, water dispenser and ice maker not working but appears was locked to not allow these functions to be changed-no notice given on this-not a problem as there were ice trays and the temp setting was fine. Shower in guest bedroom-some trouble getting water flow to operate easily.

we had a great stay and will be back again but most likely not stay at the same location. will use

the location was great for beach and pool access. the views were nice but expected more of an ocean front view.

the ice machine was not working but Kia brought trays the next day which was awesome. Splashed a bit of soda on the floor and when it was wiped up the cloth was very dirty. shower is 2nd bedroom was a bit of a problem but acceptable. love bugs to be expected but there was quite afew of them in the space. no screens to enjoy the ocean air. frying pans need to be replaced

Lovely view - well kept facility - individual unit needs some maintenance.

Location great

Shower in second bathroom did not work. Blinds in living room area need replacing - lever was off so could not open and close - looked like they had been "repaired" with some tape.

The location and view were unbeatable! In the evening a family of deer would come graze in the grass in front of the balcony with the ocean background-so beautiful! The unit was very large and airy. Two full baths was excellent. While the decor was a little dated, everything was extremely clean.

Two of electric stove top burners did not work. And, there were a couple of things that were a little worn in the property.
