Rooms were clean and one staff member was friendly
The place it too far, there were a problem of water, we waited more than 30 minutes negotiating early check-in, more than 20 minutes while they were cleaning since they said they didn't receive notification to show that we are coming, the staff always waited for us to complain about water issue before they can make arrangements to provide. The stay was just bad. We even opt for refund but the refuse

The staff was amazing 👏 😍 🙌 the lady made sure we had all we needed.
The roof has rain coming through we had to move the bad also the bad kept on losing balance. Couches are dirty please ask DURBAN MUNCASI to clean your Couches.

The apartment was well prepared for us. However, house rules such as us cleaning for ourselves for the 2 days of stay was not detailed or explained.
The sleep regular pillows are too hard and too thick and leads to neck pains. We had to use the continental/large pillows while sleeping, which is not comfortable.

The toilet wasn't working.....the stove wasn't working we couldn't make food....the fans weren't working....in fact I feel I could get a fraction of my money back.....

That place is the one you need to be there quiet you need when it's time for you to refresh and relaxing forget about everything else
It was our first time at Durban we enjoyed alot we will refer others if they need to relax keep it up with your beautiful place

Security my car battery was stolen and no one cared to check or assistance from care taker so security is very bad. The strange people inthe front gate calling the residents

pictures were deceiving.
we had a breaking where 3 cellular phones were stolen while we were sleeping .
the thieves came in via the window on the second floor.
This place is not safe and the owners are not cooperative as they don’t want to take liability of the incident .
They make it seems it’s our fault that we need to sleep with the windows closed while they don’t supply a cooling fan or air conditioning for the room in a hot and humid environment.

I liked the convenience the parking space and somewhere where my puppies were welcome! Lovely staff that were helpful and friendly but not overly in my day to day.
No WiFi my entire stay. 1 night with exceptionally noisy people. Broken toilet that never got replaced, also apart from the initial toilet roll that was it.

The area was dodgy, the cell signal was poor,the carpets dirty, the lounge suite is dirty and very uncomfortable to sit!

The space,was enough for my kids to play around.
Communication.. Late when we come back there were no lights. Staff not telling us about the light that went off.some rooms had thir light on.while us there wasnt.we had to order food(spend the money we didn't budget for) while we had food to cook. In the morning we bathed with cold water.. Around 9 the staff come saying we can move to another room where thers light.. Like why didn't they tel us that night wen the electricity went off

Noise from the wooden floor , could hear all foosteps of neighbors while trying to rest.

Self contained, friendly staff, easy access to get food and to leave when we needed. Very quiet.
It was on the top floor. And no where for our dogs to run. This was a small sacrifice to pay for the exceptional quality.
