Kind host, fantastic view, great value

Host was brilliant, relaxed, kind and very hospitable. Value for money was fantastic, brilliant location and absolutely stunning view from the flat.

Awesome stay

Location,.literally a few steps from the beach and restaurants. Good security feeling. Our host, Tara was very kind to us, she even helped in shipping our laptops all the way to Durban after we forgot them in the room. I'd go back and stay there any day

it was a lovely stay but unfortunately the doors did not really work! good thing, the main door worked and the host was

The door look didn’t work, so I had to leave my door open, to be able to get in or leave the apartment. unfortunately also the other door in the bathroom did not work which leeds to this little balcony

Really great location just a short walk from the beach, the tidal pool and all the bars/restaurants. Easy to park just outside or on the driveway; it felt very safe. View is great and it was lovely to be able to hear the waves from bed! There are 10 or so steps down from road to the property which could be tricky if you have mobility issues. Probably wouldn’t be able to cook a huge amount in the kitchen but it was perfect for what we needed- a cup of tea and cereal in the morning :) it’s also a little ‘rustic’ but was very good value for money.

A very convenient place to stay at a reasonable price

The view from the flat was lovely, the beach & shops were about 10-minute walk downhill. The morning walks on the promenade were enjoyable. Couch comfortable when watching TV

The flat entrance gate unfortunately was nearby a homeless person's sleeping area, so the urine smell was not pleasant. The owner did park her car in the sleeping area & intended contacting authorities to remove the person. Possibly a bucket of strong cleaning liquid would have removed the smell.

The hospitality was out of this world. Tara went all out to make sure our stay was memorable.

The location is the best. Close to shops and main road

I think because of loadshedding they must invest in loadshedding lights

Perfect for exploring Cape Town!

we stayed here for three nights to explore Cape Town and we would definitely recommend the place. the room is simple yet cozy. You get stunning value for your money if you are willing to look over a very few minor nuisances (eg one of the small windows doesn’t close all the way). Camps Bay is a beautiful little coastal neighborhood and we loved it there. Uber roses into the city are cheap and fast so we would come here again if visiting capetown again. be sure to give the okja café a try for vegan breakfast, which is situated just around the corner at the beach

Super great location, cute and clean place to stay

The location of the property was amazing, you could see the ocean and you had a view of lions head from the balcony. It was near and clean with a little kitchen and lounge

Remember to shut the windows at night we did wake up to mosquitoes in our room a couple of nights. Apart from that everything was great

I tell all my friends about my stay in Independent Quaint Flats. I will go again.

Everything about the flat was good. Self-catering everything you need is available in the kitchen. The flat is clean , quiet and comfortable. Niki was avaible when ever we needed her. The play is safe.

Had there been a swimming pool. That is all everything we needed was there.
