Very nice apartment at Luxor West Bank. Perfect base for trips to any of the pharaonic sites, be it west or east bank. All West Bank sites can be reached easily by car in 15 minutes. Local team is very helpful in arranging fair and safe transportation/taxis. Getting to the east bank super easy as well, as there is plenty of boats waiting for customers at very reasonable prices. West Bank in general is the better side to stay as much more relaxed with nice cafes and restaurants directly at the river side. Apartment is very spacious, clean and practical. Local team very helpful and supporting.

Really thankful for what Sari provide for us, even though when we checked in at 2:30 AM since the flight was delayed. And the private car service is excellent with the help of Ahmed. All the people in this lovely apartment make us feel like really at home, they are responsible and help us a lot, it’s a huge difference as what we had experienced in Cairo, I really love this place and recommend to some of my friends who are coming to visit Luxor as well!!!

Location was very good at west bank. Ahmed was very helpful and supportive for all requests.

Comfortable apartments with great facilities, washing machine, pots and pans etc in the kitchen. Views from the roof are stunning and we enjoy watching the hot air balloons first thing in the morning. We have stayed in all of the 2 bedroom apartments and all are excellent. It is not possible to ‘do Luxor’ in a day or 2 so I recommend staying for longer. this is a great base to explore from.

Sarah and Ahmed were so wonderful! They helped us plan out our time there and Sarah was very quick to respond to our many questions, even weeks before our short 3 night stay. They get you the best prices with guides they trust to do a great job. As for the apartment, it is at a great location with easy access to the Nile to cross between the East and West Bank, and has a few restaurants down the street, and a nearby market for snacks/water and an atm. The views from the rooftop are amazing and the flat itself is super nice and clean and seems newly renovated. We loved the large bathroom with a laundry machine, fully stocked kitchen, large balcony, comfy beds, and, of course, strong AC and wifi! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Luxor! Amazing value.

As two young American girls, we were constantly harassed in the area surrounding the apartment. This is no fault of the owners of course, but just be mentally prepared for this. It was worse than what we experienced in Cairo and Aswan, and it's unfortunate that this soured our otherwise perfect time there.

The owners were super nice and helpful. Got very reasonable prices on tours, taxi's, boats etc. The apartment is spaces and very comfortable. I really enjoyed it.

Everything was to my liking. Would go again.

we didn’t care, but take into account it’s the on the West Bank of the Nile so you need to take taxi (expensive and long drive over bridge) or ferry (public LE5 and private are available 24/7) but even your just some 100m away from luxor city center it’s time to get there, minimum 30 mins

Everything perfect at the apartment, so clean, good comunicación with the owners. Easy and comprehensive people. I will be back hopefully!

big spacious clean two bedrooms big bathroom with walk in shower owners both very helpful and helped to arrange private transfers to valley of kings also the driver Ahmed was extremely nice and helpful didn’t rush us and waited for us as we can’t walk as fast as others very good prices nice restaurant blue sky and very close to ferry which is at the end past small boats only 5 egp each way don’t get a return if they ask u there are no tickets just pay on opposite side this is the best apartment on the west side don’t stay on east bank too noisy and manic west very quiet and relaxing perfect place near everything look no further

the house keeper and the owner were all super nice, and you can book many tours (not only in Luxor) / transportation (long distance taxi and the private boat to cross the Nile) there with reasonable prices, which was very convenient

one radiator was not working, it’s a bit cold to sleep without it at night in February

Nice apartment with everything we needed inside at a very good price; nice balcony and huge rooftop terrace; situated in a quiet place (west bank of Nile), at a short distance with ferry from the noisy Luxor centre (east bank of Nile); easy to find (the owner guided us by WhatsApp); friendly staff. Near the property is a restaurant with good food and good prices (Freedom restaurant)... A ten plus for the owner of the apartment (an european lady) who manage this business focusing on the tourist needs!

Slowly internet...but we had our internet SIM cards. There is nothing to buy nearby (except water, jus and yogurt) and it is rather inconvenient to have no other option than ferry to go in the city.

Safe location. Quiet house. Generously spaced, sleeps 4. Romantic rooftop terrace. Desireable location for exploring both parts of the town: commercial and public ferry boats at 10 minutes walk. Small food shop and family run restaurant “Blue Sky” with tasty dishes on an elevated terrace overlooking river Nile at less than 5 minutes walk. The flat with warm beds, electric heaters, sufficiently equipped kitchen with six flames gas cooker and huge refrigerator/freezer. Cable tv with CNN, BBC World, AlJazeera English and TV5 French/Maghreb. Wifi 3 Mbit/s (in Luxor, get a SIM card from Vodafone, all 3 other networks unstable at voip and streaming). Flat owners Mr. Ahmed and Ms. Sari quick in communication via Booking portal, both fluent in English. Very worthwhile to mention: they are cooperating with knowledgeable freelance guide and driver Mr. Ahmed, a native mid 30s professional, well-read, polite and ever so reliable, an experienced and smooth long distance driver with four door saloon automatic car.

Honestly we were stunned by this place with its cleanliness and amazing host. The view is lovely from the terrace and the apartment is clean and well decorated. It has all the things you would need to be comfortable and the people on this side of the Nile are super friendly and the area feels safe.

This place is fantastic, we had a very warm welcome thanks to sari, her husband and Muhammed, they provide the pick up service from the train station and also suggest a magic afternoon on the boat to see the sunset, the apartment was just perfect for my family and I and close to delicious restaurant, this was really a house of dreams for our stay in Luxor! Thanks again

Sari is helpful, warm and responsive. The apartment is spotless and cosy. There is a functional washing machine(you gotta buy the detergent) and warm water. There's a grocery store and a cafe >5mins walk. Beers are about a 10 minute walk along with several restaurants that overlook the Nile but fresh fruits and vegetables are much further away. It can serve as a base if you intend to stay for more than a couple of nights.

The location is not ideal to say the least.. Somewhat hard to commute to and from the apartment especially during the night.  area has more potholes and trash than roads and the view from the rooftop is blocked by ugly half constructed buildings. This problem is even more severe for the balconies in the apartment, which offer no meaningful view unless you count stray dogs fighting over scraps of chicken bones in plastic bags a "view". Then there are a LOT of mosquitoes and absolutely zero protection against them. May not be a problem when the weather behaves but it can get really stuffy during the night necessitating opening the windows and then it's a buffet for the mosquitoes. Upper Egypt is notorious for outbreaks of arbovirus based diseases so bring loads of mosquito repellent ; the last thing you want is to get Dengue or Chikangunya in Luxor.

Wonderful location! Easy walk to public ferry or quick motorboat ride to East bank. Apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again! Host was very responsive on messaging, easy to communicate with

Clean house, very helpful owner, near to restaurants and ferry facilities

Pretty much right on the Nile (we were ferried there by boat, almost up to the door step). Big living room, large kitchen (fully equipped with a gas stove and oven big enough to roast a turkey and a large fridge/freezer), large bathroom with washing machine, two rooms (one large aircon with king size bed and a smaller one twin share with fan; totally appropriate)... impeccably clean... we only wish we had booked longer and had had the time to organise a small grill party on the rooftop ! The neighbourhood was quiet and a fully stocked grocery store like two minutes' walk away. Further restaurants all within walking distance. Our guide and driver was Hagag Rushdi Taufik (002) 0122 4239059, very accommodating and reasonably priced; we never had the feeling he wanted to cheat us or rip us off in any way. The House of Dreams and Hagag really made our all too short stay in Luxor utterly memorable!

Really, there is nothing not to like !
