Great views
Unwelcoming staff
When we arrived, construction was still happening on the patio.
Door handles were broken
The area was generally not well maintained

1) Availability of owner in giving an additional apartment since the 2nd room of first is definitely not suitable for 2 adults
2) Position
State of apartments: dirty and no maintenance

The location is lovely, kitchen is well equipped and braai was great addition.
Would've been lovely if there was a TV

Good last minute deal
No or not clear direction signs if travelling after dark or no data reception

Beautiful location and quiet
Requires much cleaning and maintenance work.
Wi-Fi password unfortunately did not work.
Small gestures like a small jug of milk and a new bar of soap for the shower would go a long way to making guests feel welcome.

The accommodation was comfortable and nicely kitted out. The views from the property were spectacular. We found the view driving to and from the property most outstanding. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
Property was a bit dusty. The doors/windows could've been opened before our arrival. Does need some maintenance.
Level of cleanliness could be improved.

The setting and private yard are nice. The decor is tasteful and functional. Being dog friendly is an absolute plus if only the host cared about the well-being of their guests.
We were stuck for 40min unable to open the gate (the hosts were well aware we needed to leave at 4am back to Jhb) they also knew there would be load shedding and obviously should have known that their gate doesn't work during load shedding. But when we were stuck, they did not answer messages and pressed the phone dead in our ear, did not answer knocks on the door. They could not care less about their guests until eventually when thet realisef that we will not stop trying to get their attention, without coming outside to help us, we finally received a whatsapp reply of where and how to manually open the gate. No apology whatsoever.
The place has real potential but lack of detail and maintenance, grass a feet long in the yard, and places inside the unit where general maintenance is definitely needed.
They could have put up a sign up to make it easier to find the place since Google maps doesn't work there.

All arrangements went well, Quint was friendly and helpful. Liked that it was pet friendly.
Location was great albeit a little down the beaten track. Views were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty braai wood available. Wines were good Merlot was my wine of choice from the 3 tasted.
Maintenance of the garden needs to be done . Grass cut and attention to the trees and plants.
In the cottage , some maintenance is needed . Lock on sliding and front door needs attention. Rising damp below shower door. One ceiling light missing other one dangling. Braai could be improved. Nothing a little TLC cant improve.

View, room clean and beautifully decorated. The dogs were a high point

Neat, peaceful. Quality furnishings and lovely decor. Big bonus is that you can have a load of washing done while you're there. This was very helpful. The view was pleasant and the unit was private from other guests. The owner was available to respond to queries on WhatsApp. Very detailed directions were given 2 days before check in to avoid getting lost. Very helpful.
Lounge seating consisted of a very small 2 seater couch. Impossible for 2 adults to sit and see each other and, if you're big, it's definitely a couch for one. Solved by bringing a chair in from the bedroom. A little disappointed no TV or sound system... The only toilet was located in the en suite with louvre doors that don't close properly. Awkward if you're an early riser and your partner is still sleeping. Lastly, despite the information folder available, we didn't know where we could walk around on the property. We only discovered the beautiful pool area the afternoon before we left. Wish we had known sooner. It's a stunning setting. Walks/runs appear to be on the farm roads in the area.

No water during loadshedding.
Grass not cut and over grown- I was looking forward to having my one year play outside:

The absolute relaxed careless approach to the accommodation that included two cats. It has plenty of space and packing space for a longer stay.
Not everything worked and maintenance is skimpy, but the advantage is that the pets are welcome, relaxed and one can stay carefree.

Beautiful and modern property which is refreshing in the winelands. It’s honestly a steal at the rate the owner has it available for.
There’s still some construction on the property so something to take into account but definitely not a deal breaker. Dogs are great, and friendly but maybe the owner should keep them away from the guests when he’s not around. This is so guests don’t have to worry about possibly running them over.

Overall nice experience.
Gecko appeared on the bed.
Keys were hanging in the door when we arrived not in the lock box.

Enjoyed the beautiful view from the open plan living and kitchen area, as it was to windy to sit outside.
Owner send detailed instructions how to reach the property.
Problem with plugs in kitchen not working for kettle and microwave but the owner responded very fast to help make a plan.

Our stay, albeit short, was amazing. The wine tasting, which was included in our stay, was a wonderful experience. Even though we arrived later than we expected, it was still provided for us with an amazing story about the whole vineyard and place. We could also buy wine bottles from our host.
The accommodation itself offeres the most amazing view, on which we could stare for hours and hours.
The way to get there is a bit tricky, but the host provided us with great pointers, also if you have a good maps app in your phone, which is connected with booking.com, it's very easy to find.
Just a splendid place to stay and enjoy life.

Gorgeous location, apartments very well appointed, lovely and peaceful. Three very nice dogs!
We were hoping to do a wine tasting but the host messaged the day before to say it wasn’t available, which was a shame. The pillows are terrible!!
