Great place to stay

Very neat and modern

Location was perfect right in downtown area. Awesome amenities

Texted through booking.com that the air conditioning was somewhat useless and couldn’t get the remote to the tv working in the “bedroom”. No comfort watching tv. Bed too close to the door so could hear the loud folks in the hall. Shower curtain looked like it had mold on it. Took a photo. No eating utensils in the one bedroom facility so had to buy breakfast rather than fix what I brought with me.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Jonesboro. The location is perfect, you can walk to downtown, but you're about a block away so you can avoid the late night bar crowd. The place was spotless, modern, comfortable, with staff on site to assist with whatever you need. After we arrived, we received a text to make sure everything was OK. Our A/C wasn't working great, so we let them know and they came and addressed it right away. (Part of it was user error) There's a little breakfast cafe downstairs where you can get coffee, breakfast goodies, acai bowls, etc. so yummy! You get a credit to the cafe with your stay. So many dining options within 1-4 blocks, really anything you could want. We ate at The Parsonage, delicious sandwiches, salads, drinks, and also at Uncle Taco, brunch, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, pancakes, full bar, etc. Both were excellent. Parking is easy too!

The door between the hotel and the cafe is locked, so you have to go outside to enter the cafe, they should keep it unlocked. Minor detail!
