disappointing experience

Poor housekeeping and cleaning . Poor Furniture condition. Staff are friendly but they have nothing more than apologies. I won’t come back to this place unless there is no other option.

Sleepless night due to poor sound insulation specially the room adjacent to the main entrance!

Overall, my stay at Travelholic hotel had several positive aspects, such as excellent customer service and clean rooms.

However, a major issue arose when I checked in and discovered that my room was located adjacent to the main hotel lobby. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, there was no availability. This turned out to be a terrible experience as the doors, including the main entrance, constantly slammed shut, and the sound insulation was virtually nonexistent. I endured a sleepless night with constant noise from the reception area, making it a thoroughly unpleasant stay.

Reasonable and comfortable stay in New Cairo

Poeple were very warm and kind. Mr. Ahmed Maher was the one who was at the reception. They change the towel each nights. Check-in and out flexibility was perfect.

Nothing really much. But I thought I have done payment online before arrival, however I needed to pay will bill due to Credit Card machine was not working. And if there can be working desk in the room, it would be great!

Superb

Great service, clean and wide. Ahmer and the others were very polite and helpful, there was traditional breakfast every morning and we felt safe and good.

You need to have WhatsApp to communicate with them. Previous arriving to the place it was almost impossible to communicate with them through the messages of Booking but after arriving everything was perfect.

Much more than expected

Excellent. By the images isn't possible understand how good is the place. Much more than a bedroom, it's a complete and confortable apartment with a balcony in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Breakfast is too simple, but it's enough.

The personal was very friendly and helpful. It's a small boutique hotel and offers the ambience of a family.

The breakfast was extremely poor. If BOOKING offers you two options one with breakfast and the other without breakfast at a cheaper rate, I definitely suggest to book without breakfast option.

Great location, they dont accept credit card which was a hassle. They called day of arrival and said there was trouble with door so i had to book somewhere else. they then called two hours later saying the issue was solved, by then i had already booked somewhere else for the first night.

If 50% cheaper that is ok, but for this price that is comparable to 4 & 5 stars hotels rates, they should provide fa

well designed, however poor constructed, furnished and serviced. I can hear every single person in the corridor outside my room, no insulation, doors are low quality. Mattress, pillows and towels are not to a hotel standard. Breakfast is very poor and only delivered to room as bread, cheese, beans, egg and sweet tahini, fixed with no vegetables available or other options for kids.

It is more for a family / business than young people. I recommend to rent if you have a chance 😉.

It is a quit and calm apartment as the area. Security available. Close to highways 20min. To the airport.
