The people are very friendly and nice. We felt at home. It is located in the middle of nature, the facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable! We saw a lot of birds and even a peekcock. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Accessing the complex facilities was a big plus. We will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality!

Uiterst vriendelijk welkom.

Very friendly staff, nice location with possibility to use pools of two nearby hotels, spacious room, lovely peacock strolling through the garden
Only minor things: quality of coffee in the morning could be improved, somewhat limited food choices for breakfast, we had a non working sink (but we where informed about that)

Nice rooms in a beautiful garden, good breakfast (fruits, pancakes, local specialities eggs etc) , lunch and dinner also recommendable. Especially Vanessa made our stay very comfortable, taking care of us and the children in a very caring way.
The use of Club C beachbar is a nice extra!
Lots of mosquitos, carry your repellent and keep the doors of the rooms closed..

Very cosy, comfortable and good staff around, always ready to assist.
May be, they can add some more items to the breakfast.

A place I would totally recommend to anyone visiting Mauritius! As usual, the Mauritian hospitality hits the next level.
The staffs are so welcoming and friendly, always with a smile. Room was extremely clean and spacious and I had a lovely breakfast. The atmosphere is so calming and refreshing, the island vibes 🌴🌴🌴 10 out of 10!

authentic location
great people and service
100% family friendly (stuff took care of the kids)
great add-on: heritage resorts at seafront can be used as well and the people there make you feel you are part of the same location as well (towels for free, kids club and other specials like Spa with a surcharge)

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was perfect. I liked the ambience of the whole setting, we had a spacious, nicely decorated room in a creol-style building, with shared terrace, kitchen and living room, all set in a large green garden. There is an on site restaurant with great cuisine where you can have lunch and dinner as well if you want. Staff is amazing, everybody is so helpful, open and kind. Special thanks to Deborah who kindly helped us solving an issue (not related to our stay in Kaz'alala). Close to Kaz'alala there are 2 five star hotels on the beach, plus a beach club and a chateu you have access to since all this belongs to the same group.
Nothing.

The head of the team, Mrinal, has been very nice and available to solve some small problems
The breakfast should be more rich, especially with more fruits

We stayed in Kaz'alala for 8 nights and highly recommend the stay. The place is really beautiful and we would come back any time to stay there. From cleaners, to waiters, to cooks, to management: everybody was very friendly and open minded. What a great experience, thank you so much.
Dinner was a real joy, very tasty food!
Entrance to different 5 Star Hotels is included, we especially liked the C Beach Club.
Special thanks to Deborah and Mrinal!
Hope to see you again

The room is too antique...with old flooring

The best part of staying here is the free access to the neighbouring more luxurious resorts and C Club (beach/pool/bar/restaurant). The gardens are stunning and meticulously cared for. The rooms are spacious, full of nice touches like body cream and hair conditioner. Also nice designs. The staff pulled some fruit from a tree for us. Everyone incredibly friendly (Deborah host and Anisha Restaurant manager, plus all the cooks, housekeepers and gardeners). Baby cot was set up in our room upon arrival. Best service and staff on the island.
Breakfast selection very limited (but still tasty). A few very small touches would make our stay nicer/easier (ex. a few yoga mats to borrow, stamps for sale, coffee in the rooms, ATM or option to get cash and charge to our room). A coffee machine is in lounge but requires guests to purchase pods. You need a car to get to town (15 min drive for cash, post office, groceries, etc)

Really great staff!
Nicely decorated rooms, nice and relaxed vibe of the whole property.
Due to the fact that they belong to the same hotel group as the resort at the beach, one can use the C Beach Club, turning this relaxed B&B experience into a beach resort feeling in just minutes :)
The water in the shower seems to have it's own will :))) But that is nothing to complain about

Garden
The bathroom sink was very dirty and some tiles would be good. We did not have water the next day and we had to brush our teeth with cold water from the fridge, we could not flush the toilet( the 6 of us)Cockroaches in the rooms, insects on the bed, not much variety at breakfast, cooked bacon was reheated in the microwave sometimes twice. No phone in bedrooms., dirty shower, shower head did not sit properly. Poor dessert quality. The towels were stained. The price per night is a complete ripped off. I would never recommend anybody to go there.

It was extremely close to Chateau de Bel Ombre, where we were attending a wedding.

It's a beautiful bunch of little houses in a beautiful location. The breakfast was great and the people incredibly helpful! Lots of things to do in the area with the beach in walking distance.

Everything. Friendly and helpful stagg, clean and comfortable.rooms, as well as a fun vibe. A much more affordable alternative to the major resorts, and more cozy.
