Everything about the property was perfect. From the location of the property, the kind and helpful staff, the amazing breakfast, the beautiful view.

The most perfect stay in Camps Bay, a real treat. 5 stars to everything and everyone!

Not sure where to start! We have been very lucky to stay all over the world in all sorts of hotels and boutique hotels. Atholl House has eclipsed them all. The property itself is beyond stunning, with a fine attention to detail to everything. It is spotless, the furniture is gorgeous, the bed super comfortable and the room is fantastic, along with the bathroom. Quality shower gels and shampoos etc and they do not give you those tiny ones either. Everything topped up daily. As for the massive balcony that has wide views spanning the Ocean, Lions Head, Camps Bay and to the left the 12 Apostles, it really is breathtaking. The very modern property is very secure and extremely peaceful and relaxing, having just 3 rooms. There is a beautiful pool too with quality, comfortable furniture which is a must have in the African heat! The breakfast laid on daily is really varied and wonderful, ranging from cold meats and cheeses and fruits, yogurts, granola etc etc and cooked breakfast if you prefer. The stars at night are like nothing you have ever seen, especially if you are from the UK. Incredible! The staff are wonderful and a special mention goes to the lady who runs it, Annie. The most amazing host, such a warm hearted lovely lady who you can tell really loves her job. She is a people person and is always there to help with anything you require. Annie by accident put me in touch with somebody who has literally changed the trajectory of our lives and for that I am truly grateful on a level you cannot possibly comprehend. If you want to have an amazing time, that is quiet and super chilled, you must come here. We have stayed in 5 different places in Camps Bay and found this to be the best for what we enjoy, which is peace, stunning views and the best of the best in terms of management ! Cannot wait to go back and will not stay anywhere else when we return to Camps Bay, You would be mad not to try it, I guarantee it, you won't be disappointed.

Old fashioned professional service with outstanding staff and facilities.

Atholl house is a jewel in the Cape Town accommodation space. Tine and Ani and the entire staff were so professional and attentive from the moment we arrived. The property has three very spacious rooms with all the comforts of home. Our stay in Cape Town was further enhanced by the local knowledge that the team gave to us. If ever considering Cape Town as a holiday destination or just a few days stop over, you could not find a more professional and comfortable stay.

Great location to explore Cape Town!

The staff were helpful and offered local tips and things to do. The location of the property was fantastic for exploring the highlights of Cape Town. The property was clean and nicely designed.

Throughout our 4 nights stay the Wi-Fi wasn’t working due to some technical issues.

A beautiful property,stylishly decorated, with every possible amenity. Walkable to the sea front at Camps Bay, stunning views over the bay from the large patio/balcony. Absolutely stunning!! Tine was really lovely, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have had a better place to end my long trip - absolutely perfect!

Camps Bay Idyll

A beautiful property with amazing views and hosts. Ani and Tine could not have done more to make our stay an enjoyable one. From preparing a lunch pack for our climb up Lion’s Head to posting us some documents we’d accidentally left behind. The rooms have everything you need and are tastefully decorated. All open out to a stunning terrace or balcony where you can watch the sunset. It was the perfect trip and thank you for having us. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful view of Camps Bay

Really beautiful view of Camps Bay beach (sunset!!). Lovely decoration, great location (10-15min walk down to the beach). Simple breakfast but good enough. Great service - responsive & helpful. We informed them about our honeymoon and got a lovely bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate!

We were told that the AC didn’t work and we shouldn’t use it but in fact it did work (when there is no load shedding). it was impossible to sleep without the A/C. the wind doesnt flow through the building. i couldn’t sleep until nearly 2am when the electricity returned.

Beautiful luxurious and welcoming stay in camps bay

beautiful amenities, perfect location for walking in to camps bay without being too close to the Main Street. The hosts were lovely, helpful and accommodating. we particularly appreciated the early breakfast and packed snacks to take with us on our table mountain hike.

Fabulous luxurious place to relax with stunning views

everything! the attention to detail, anis help with Ubers, letting us stay until our flight time, views, and much more…

nothing. pillows were high for us as we sleep on our stomachs but not a major issue.
