Exactly what we were looking for: small guest house and no touristy big hotel!

The hosts have been very kind and it’s so close to the beach and the Medina! We also had a balcony.

Exceptional

Exceptional place, run by the loveliest Italian couple I have ever met 😍 Sparkling clean, fantastic decoration, superb location and exceptional service. My preferred place in Hammamet.

Nearby streets are a bit noisy till very late at night.. though nothing really can be done about it.

Beautiful house with a wonderful stuff and nice location . Shame about the uncomfortable single bed and mattress 2/10 (over priced)

The villa was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. It was near everything (a few minute walk to the beach and a few more to shops, etc.), but it was very quiet. However, Sabhi, the host, was by far the best part. Kind, thoughtful, and also wonderful at preparing meals!

I think it is even worth it to go to Hammamet just to stay in this place.

The place feel like you are in paradise, even much better than photos. The breakfast was very good with variety from day to day. Sahbi bey is super friendly and always makes sure that you feel comfortable and you have everything you want. The room was extra clean and the bed is quite comfortable to sleep. I also had a small balcony which was very cozy to hang out during the day when it is very warm.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay in the villa. It was super relaxing and service provided is great

The decor, ambience,and feel of being a guest in an elegant,classy mansion. Loved the plants in the patio gardens,and the comfortable sofas inside. Lots of different seating areas to relax in. Breakfast is delicious and every taste is catered for. Hospitality abounds and service is super.

Absolutely perfect accomodation.

Absolutely perfect accomodation. We loved the architecture and design of the guesthouse. The location was excellent. Everything was impeccably clean. The host Sahbi provided the best hospitality in Tunisia, every detail was thought of. Breakfast prepared lovingly with fresh, local ingredients. A very memorable and comfortable stay, thank you Sahbi!

Treat yourself

Villa Phonecia, was truly a great find, full of traditional and modern furnishings. The location is excellent, 2 mins beach, 5mins the centre. My host Sahbi was welcoming an knowledgeable about where to eat and what to visit. My room was super comfortable and breakfast included local produce. All in all a great stay!

The WiFi was a bit hit n miss in just in my room.

Unique property

The property is amazing and we liked everything about it; the architecture, the decor, the breakfast... The owners are very kind and welcoming Especially Mr Sahbi. I highly recommend this place for a memorable nostalgic vacation.

Unique experience at the heart of the city

Perfect location, 5min from the beach and the old medina. The hosts and their staff were amazing. We felt at home quite instantly. The breakfast is healthy and delicious. It is prepared with fresh and local ingredients. We had new menus every day. The house gives a positive vibe. We loved the decorations. Thank you for your warm welcome and generous hospitality.

Serene and lovely

Sylvia is a lovely and sweet host. The place is clean and beautiful. We slept well during the night because of sea proximity and serenity of the neighborhood. Thank you for hosting us :)
