Superb

Very nice place in Hivernage, the best area of Marrakesh and just 10 minutes walk from the old city. The personnel was so good and friendly. I recommend trying the restaurent too: excellent modern Moroccan.

What a pleasant surprise as you ask through the doors.. Staff were superb and very obliging..Abdel star of the show .. H

A fabulous converted house ( like a palace inside).. attached to its own restaurant Room was massive with original charm. Gardens and areas kept immaculate.

the food was superb; the best breakfast we had in Morocco, dinner was also very very good, better than more expensive restaurants; good location, enormous bed

the facilities are a bit ran down but it reflected in the price; the pool is nice but it’s next to the road so is always noisy

Full of Moroccan delight

We loved the breakfast outside by the pool, but it was also very nice to sit in the beautiful dining room. The dinner at night was very good , tender steak. It is very Moroccan which is what we wanted. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty especially Asime and Abdel . They organised our trips, guides and evening meals to fantastic restaurants, cannot praise them enough. We will be booking back into The Red House.

Nothing, it was all good. Oh I should say it is next to a busy road and you can hear this when you are lying by the pool but it really didn’t bother me. It’s an excellent location for walking into the medina or out to the restaurants.Everything was a half an hour walk.

Amazing stay!

Far away from the city center since its outside of the medina but we stayed on both sides to have that experience. And it was really nice, very calm, very comfortable, close to really good restaurants. Staff is very attentive. The decoration is wonderful.

Spa wasn’t working and we would have loved to try it.

Classy property just outside the Medina

This is a beautiful old “mansion” that is a very classy boutique hotel. The staff is excellent and Abdel in particular was very accommodating. He was able to arrange a guided tour to the mountains and everything was seamless. Also, the breakfasts were excellent and the pool was appreciated. It is a bit pricey, but worth it.

The main issue with many might be the location. It is not “close” to anything. We love to walk, so it was not a problem to have to walk to many of the sights. But for others, it would require many cab rides.

Good stay at the Red House of Marrakech.

The location was good, not far from the medina. The quality of the restaurant on site was good as well.

our room did not have ac for the 1st night…this was corrected rapidly. You had to pay for bottle of waters, and the use of the Nespresso machine in the room.

Exceptional

This beautiful villa sited at the Hivernage was the perfect place where to stay during my travel in Marrakech. Everything was more than charming, clean and perfect and, as a young woman, I felt at home since my arrival. The ower, madame is Yasmine, and the team are so caring and it was a pleasure to receive advices from them. My room was unique and I enjoyed the peace of the terrace and the view of the garden. Don't miss the restaurant, of course! The restaurant rooms will leave you without words for the beauty and the dishes are fresh, good and gently served. I will come back again to Marrakech and I found in this villa my heaven where to stay.

Red house hotel was the highlight of our trip. everything was excellent, food was specially really good. Abdul was really helpful throughout our trip and made it really memorable. The formal, beautiful decor makes a serene, enjoyable back drop for any vacation stay

A very generous, tasty breakfast is served in a beautiful formal dining room. Attentive , friendly waiters . Our room was very spacious , with 2 full bathrooms and a sitting room . The front desk employee was very helpful. He booked us a great tour guide for several hours on a Saturday . He booked our taxi which came early . The driver was safe and friendly.

We felt that we had to ask for too many espressos when all we wanted was regular coffee. We prefer a pot of American coffee for breakfast .

The suite we had was large, could have been more cosy. 15 min walk to the medina

We had to pay 3 euro for one coffee that we made in the machine in our room, we expected it to be complementary as the room rate was 277 euro

Exceptional, Fabulous, Value for Money

The hotel was exceptional. We stayed at the Imperial Suite and I must say it was truly Imperial. Great space, huge terrace for self. The location was great. Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to center of attraction. The breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. They always had smile on their faces. The Restaurant served great food. I will stay here again when I visit Marrakech the next time.

Everything was great. I wish I could stay for more days here. Nothing to complain.

Our family had an incredible time here and I would recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and homely stay in Marrak

The red house had a very unique vibe with its old fashioned European half and a very beautiful traditional Moroccan huge dinning room and restaurant half. Rooms are huge and well ventilated. Amin at the front desk was very helpful and all staff are multilingual and extremely nice. This place is a 20 minutes walk from the city center and the restaurant serves the best tajin and cuscus with life music. It is easily accessible from the main street and a side street entrance too.

Very peaceful, relaxed stay.

Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Abdul was on reception and helped us book trips, change currency and had a laugh with his service. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend again. The beds were huge and me and my partner had a bathroom each. Lovely stay and food was just gorgeous 😍

Room was near kitchen so was noisy on the evening.

very friendly staff and wonderful rooms (we got upgraded for free), location is perfect. we could walk anywhere within some minutes and there are nice bars and restaurants around. you can also eat at the red house which unfortunately we did not have enough time for. also they organized a taxi for the airport.
