Riad perfetto a pochi passi dalla Medina

La struttura è vicino la Medina ma in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos. È molto bella e il personale è molto accogliente. Abbiamo fatto colazione e un pranzo lì, la cucina è davvero ottimo. Stanze grandi e pulite. Sicuramente un Riad consigliato!

Super pretty, clean riad with lots of greenery and fabulous roof terrace.

OMG! This place was amazing! From the moment the door was opened to me by the smartly-attrired manager Abdil I knew I had chosen the right place to spend my last night in Marrakech. Situated in the south of the medina near the palaces, it was less chaotic than the north part, yet still had the big kech vibes and many nice places to go out to of an evening. I chose La Pergola about a 10-minute walk away, which came recommended by some guests. I was given mint tea and lovely biscuits and had the biggest room in Riad Alia which absolutely blew me away! The decor and ambience of the place is outstanding. I wished I had booked more nights so I could explore that area more. Rood terrace was so beautiful and peaceful with lots of day beds to chill on. Food was good and reasonably priced and the included breakfast very nice. The night manager , also alled Abdil, was really lovely and professionalalso and made me a lovely fruit juice when I got back from La Pergola and to come back to te salon log fire was a real cosy treat. In a hearttbeat I would return. Everything was sheer perfection and luxurious. A nice taxi was arranged to take me to the train station and the manager kindly escorted me to the taxi. Oh and wheI had trouble booking my train ticket to Tangier, the other Abdil did that for me which saved me a lot of money too. Thank you Team Alia for a wonderful day's/night's stay! :) :) :)

Great experience in Marakesh

Beautifully decorated Riad in a great location for easily walking around the medina, souks and the old city. Nice big clean room with a tasty breakfast and very helpful staff.

Only negative which didn’t bother us is there no soundproofing in the rooms so you will hear noise coming from the restaurant and kitchen inside the room. All rooms face the courtyard where the restaurant and kitchen is located.

Perfect riad

Everything was perfect. Host was very kind, respectful and helpful. They made the entire stay beautiful. The room was big and cleaned everyday. The location was good for tourist locations and markets. The food was very good and big portions.

It would be one thing, a fridge in room would be perfect. It's just a preference of mine.

Volveré a hospedarme seguro. Lo que ves es lo que recibes y el precio es adecuado.

El hotel muy limpio, bonito y la atención del personal excelente. Además está bien ubicado.

La habitación era más pequeña de lo que pensaba pero suficiente para personas que solo la utilizan para descansar. La ubicación aunque buena, se presta a perderse y que lleguen niños a querer “ayudarte”. Sin embargo al estar cerca del palacio bahía había policías y se pudo evitar esta situación.

Beautiful experience

Staff, in particular, Abdel 1, Abdel 2 and Yousef were very professional, attentive, and friendly. They offered personalised services upon request for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, it was my husband's 40th birthday and they went above and beyond to make it really special for him.The riad itself was very beautiful and clean. It was also close to many tourist attractions. The food was beautifully prepared and very delicious. My overall experience of this riad outweighed my expectations.

Maybe offer more choices for breakfast.

Beautiful days

Really beautiful riad! We were in love with our room, there was a lot of space and room is really nice decorated. Everything is cozy and clean! We arrived late at night, we weren't asked to fill in paperwork at the same time, which is much appreciated. The guy at reception told us about the app Glovo, so we could order food at late evening, that kind of attention is very nice. Also tried a very tasty white wine at the riad)

Attention all car travellers! Be careful. The car parking closest to the riad is dangerous and not recommended. The workers there were rude, demanded money and scared us very much. We parked the car in the Parking lot, it's further away but safe.

Fijne riad met ruime kamer, goed bed, heeelijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Fijne ruime kamer met een goed bed en een grote badkamer met een heerlijk bad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En het ontbijt is echt heel goed met vers fruit, versgebakken brood en een eitje naar keuze. Zeker een aanrader.

Goede douche en in de avond nog even kunnen zitten buiten je kamer

Kamer grensde aan gemeenschappelijke ruimte waardoor je in de avond wel last had van pratende mensen daar.

Fantastic space, amazing people

Everything was fantastic. From the ambiance of the property, to the staff. My room was big, spacious and clean. It was picture perfect. The staff helped book taxi’s for me for my outings and were willing to answer all my questions. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I loved my stay so much. Abdel (1 and 2) and Yousef were amazing people.

Best stay I had in Morocco

Love the decoration of the building. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. Few mins walk to Bahia palace.

Only thing I could say is you cannot use hair dryer in the morning because everyone can heat it.

A refaire

Le riad est très beau, la chambre luxe est très grande, avec une salle de bain très belle. La terrasse est parfaite pour se détendre. La gentillesse du personnel et surtout le jeune gardien de nuit.

Rien sur le riad, juste l'emplacement qui est un peu loin de la médina, ( enfin surtout difficile car on ne peut voir les voitures arriver quand on est à pieds) mais on peut prendre facilement un taxi.

Beautiful Riad! The staff were lovely, the facilities were stunning with a nice pool and seating area. Actually great location in the Medina but super simple to access without any confusion. The breakfast was arguably the best we had throughout our morocco trip. Simple but super tasty. For the price you literally can't get better accommodation

When it came to paying they tried to charge me extra card fees/conversion fees even though their booking.com page states no fees. So maybe just check to make sure how much you're actually paying. They showed me some email they never sent me as proof. Anyway, not a problem because the staff member was so nice in the end!

Incredible stay from start to finish - exceeded all expectations

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Firstly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

there was no tv in the room. For us it wasn’t a problem because we were barely in the room. The swimming pool was small and a little bit dirty.

Lovely designer hotel in a lesser-explored part of Marrakech.

Beautiful design hotel just outside of the Medina, in the old jewish quarters. As soon as you enter you are greeted with a stunning view of the atrium with green zeligge tiles and a lovely pool. Great, sophisticated but not pretentious taste throughout. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms spacious and modern. The area is perfect, as close to the main attractions of the Medina and the Kasbah but in a very quiet, charming alleway. The neighbourhood feels less touristy and more authentic than many others and I wish we had more time to explore it properly.

The only negative element of the stay was that the rooms face the central atrium/pool area are separated by simple glass doors that will let in a lot of noise, especially as we were on the ground floor. The kitchen also faces the atrium so it was very noisy through no fault of the staff. I can't imagine the noise if some other guests were using the pool or simply hanging out! I would definitely advise to book a room on the higher floors, and would advise the managers to install better, noise canceling windows and doors on the rooms as we felt we didn't have much intimacy. Since this is a higher-end designer hotel we really thought they can improve on this!
