Staff was friendly, especially the manager of the hotel. Very helpful. Breakfast was quite nice and specially young gentleman who was our waiter was fantastic.

Location quite far from the centre compounded with the staffs difficulty helping us getting a 5 person taxi. Had room with view of back wall 224 and that was a disapointment.

Me levante a desayunar a las 9.00 de la mañana No habia buffete montado me dice que vuelva a las 12:00 que viene un grupo y desayunas con ellos fue el colmo del colmo

La terrasse

La discothèque en face de la chambre, dans une sorte de tente, donc la techno a 60 décibels dans la chambre toute la nuit. Sans aucun client dans ladite discothèque, meme le samedi. A quoi ca sert hormis reveiller les clients de l'hotel ? Pas de mini bar, pas de bouteilles d'eau. Eau chaude au robinet. Le vent passe a travers la baie vitrée, le jour de pluie il y avait un sifflement toute la journée.

On a du attendre 45min pour un Upgrade proposé par le Directeur d’exploitation mais finalement on s’est retrouvé dans une chambre dans un état catastrophique qui est inférieur à la réservation faite sur Booking (Suite Prestige). Propreté de la chambre et des lieux communes, parquet de la chambre en tres mauvais état. Le clean-up n’a pas été fait que suite à notre demande. Petit dej non digne d’un hotel 5 Etoile. Petite piscine mal entretenue

Aucun profesionalisme bi en termes d equipements, Piscine tre smal agencees et non finis Petit dej reduits, et repetitifs pas digne d un 5 etoiles : hormis les oeufs et jus....et le personels gentils Propretes aprocimatives Services non adaptes a un 5 etoiles : tu dois payer en avance, la carte d acces a la chambre est desactive le matin avant l heure du check out. Je devais acceder a ma chambre a 11h40 (chevk out a 1zh) ppur allzr aux tolettes, on m a dit comme condition vous devez prolonger !!! Cela feasait 4 jours que j etais la - chambres sale a l arrive, pas de mebage le lendemain fait malgre 2 relances, le 2em jour apres avoir fait un scaldale on me range ma chambre et on me livre des fruits pour s excuser mais il reste a noter que : la chmabre sent mauvais a cause de la moquette mal engretenue - les especaes piscines sont monopolises par le personnels qui y joue aux cartes et bois des verres...en tant que guest eon se sent mal a l aise.... Il n a pas un seul petit espace vert ou meme un simple.peau de verdure dans tout l hotel - la deco est pas homogene, on a fait des piscines qui ressemble aux hotel 2etoule de tourisme de masse en bois mal finie avec des barres de fer partout sans aucun gout Pour moi c est un 3 etoiles au.max Le seul point positif est le personnel gentil sinon L emplacement est pas commode entoure d immeuble en conqtruction avec de ssvis de main d oeuvre dc impoqsible d ouvrir ses rideaux

. The staff are clueless and extremely rude (night shift agent and supervisor Hatim). . The room was very dirty and smelly . Furniture was dirty and outdated . The room has ZERO amenities and does not stand up to Mandarin Palace standards. . Rooms have light sensors and they switch on and off by themselves all night long. . Bathroom door has no lock and shower water is Yellow . TV is very small and unknown brand (no Smart features) . Balcony doors are not soundproof. Therefore you can hear the street and nightclub noise all night long. . Staff do not understand the purpose of DND I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The location

Not clean. What you see on pictures is different from reality. Messed up my booking and gave me a dirty room at first. There was a big coackroch in the second room I was given, and it was noisy because of the construction outside . One of the staff was rude to my friend who came with me to drop me off.

We had the presidential suite (ask for room 301). The views were breath-taking seeing the sunset and coastline from your bed was epic. The room was very spacious, bathroom was stunningly designed. The staff members and hospitality made the trip even better. Location wise it was very close to the beach, marina and big sites few minutes drive with taxi. A special thank you to Omar, Mahdi, Ilyas, Fatima and Firdous. They genially went above and beyond to welcome us and help us any kind of way. The rooftop terrasse was such a nice place to spend the evenings, the room service food was also delicious.

When we first arrived the first room we received was damped and smelled of smoking. They quickly changes us to the best room in the hotel as they say. We appreciated that. The breakfast was very basic, could have been more options and perhaps more international as well. The rooms were clean but only to the surface, deep cleaning is needed. The beds were very dusty as well as the couch. More lights needed in the room, one thing that really was annoying is the censored light in the bathroom it got dark every 10 sec and you have to move around to make the light work please change that. (side note that is out of their control but good to be aware of stray dogs and cats in every corner you walk if you are note a fan of animals could be a tough trip). Last but not least because they are building in the area and the hotel is right by the road it was very loud and hard to sleep at times.

Too bad that the swimming pool was in renovation.

To be honest there is nothing good about this hotel apart from the nice view. The staff are incompetent and lazy. The rooms smell like cigarette. The beds are all caved in. Theres hair everywhere its super dirty. The carpets are stained with god knows what! The breakfast was cold everything was cold!

Absolutely nothing in this hotel did I like. Everything was horrible. Very dirty and poor management!

Gave us a lesser room initially not the suite we paid for then acted as if it was a favour to give us what we paid for No breakfast as staff didnt turn up apparently . All lounges closed . Swimming pool closed due to building work . Bed broken . Dark room as lights switch off by motion deactivation . Saw no other guests and loads of noisy building work going on . Walked past the sleeping security guard one night .Safety deposit box was a fully portable tin box not secured at all . Was clean but everything else was a joke . Wouldnt go near it again much better hotels to chose from in Tangier

Overall amazing service... .. very friendly, and ib will definitely return
