Comfortable and relaxing and so friendly.

A lovely welcome from the staff. Quiet area and relaxing place. nice cool room with good air con. A short 20min taxi ride to the airport.

Took a bit of finding…but only because the driver followed GPS instead of the signs!

The staffs are very kind and supportive. Many kinds of porridge for breakfast. Desks are large enough to work on them.

It was difficult to find an electric outlet near the desk. However, a staff kindly showed me it was behind the desk.

Great staff, great hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so friendly. They picked us up from the airport and also helped arrange transportation for our stay in Tamale. They went out of their way to find information we needed. They even texted us further along in our trip to wish us happy travels.

It was lovely and relaxing. Would recommend Best Lodge for stay in Tamale.

The breakfast was delicious. Staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were neat, properly cleaned and well-equipped. I got a ride from the airport by the director himself, and a cab was arranged for me throughout my stay. I did enjoy my stay a lot.

The booking process could be better improved, as it seems rooms were double-booked sometimes. It was also a little difficult getting all my purchased items charged to my bill, so the billing system could also be improved. Rails should also be installed on stairways to the new rooms, for safety.

Best Lodge is home away from home.

Best Lodge has a serene environment. The staff are very friendly and professional. Room facilities are well cleaned and neatly kept. The facility offers complimentary super. Break fast is of high quality and comes in variety. The beds are very comfortable. The Rooms are furnished with modern furniture. I highly recommend Best Lodge to guest traveling to Tamale for business or leisure.

The location/facilities was unacceptable for 300/night.

The staff were very helpful.

The facility was not up to standards for 300 Ghc/night. The bathroom had a bad smell and the side tables were dusty. The side of the toilet was broken and glued. One of the staff just used another key to open my door without knocking, he obviously didn't know that room was already assigned.
