Shocking false advertising day light robbery

Nice swimming pool area that stunk like sewerage

Everything was a nightmare 1.water smells like crap 2.i would say service, but the service was non-existent like order a coke took 30 minutes at least 3. Daylight robbery Drink prices are ridiculous. You can't even justify them. R50 a beer R60 a redbull and to get a drink everything out of stock or don't have but then you see the guy next to you get the food or drink you just asked for 4.says free wifi and the wifi non-existent lucky to get it at the restaurant 5. Not kid friendly at all says kids zone on the write-up and everything in a bar where it says over 18's only 6.says on the add room service get there no room service 7. This place is the biggest ripp off, and service is non-existent, excluding all the false advertising, only a swimming pool that kept kids busy and nothing for them to do in the actual hotel besides swim I mean I must give my 3 year old child milkshake with a glass and straw that's bigger than him

A waste of money. Did not even stay the 2nd night. We left early. A huge disappointment

The pictures on your website are not a true reflection of the property. The overall look of the whole estate is just not acceptable. Red danger tape around buildings. The dam stinks and has visable surage floating around. General upkeep of the whole venue is not up to standard. Security have to manually open Security gates. Car ports are in a bad way and neglected. Weeds in paving and general look is just beyond POOR

Did not like anything. Not a good advertisement for booking.com

May stay was good accept restuarant issue n please improve ua dinner

The was no fredge in the rooms at night when ua thirsty ua forced to drink bathrooms tap,u can even have cool drink as restaurant closed during the night which its unfair as we a not allowed to bring out drinks frm out side

We waited for about half and hour for our order to be taken. But other than that breakfast was great.

Quick service in your restaurant will be lovely.

The staff was very welcoming and the place was exceptional, fresh air, a place I would suggest you to go to for peace of mind. Waiters and waitresses? very friendly people. Worth the money I spent

No room service Lake was dirty Bed was smaller than a double bed No room cleaning till 3days later Drainage by my room was smelling Bedding was not changed till I left after 4 days Breakfast was very boring, no variety Dining area can use more light We were paying for ice No remote for aircon Dstv no full bouquet

A beautiful establishment but needs tlc as well as a review on rules

Nice establishment but now well maintained

Potholes on the property are unbelievable! Senseless rules about to food beverages into the property are impossible when travelling with small children. No microwave in the rooms to warm up baby food. Very inconvenient and frustrating 😑

Good location and clean.

No variety on their super buffet. Price very high for what they cook. I mean what they cooked on Saturday was just basic basic ...Pap as only starch. No one helps with luggage. No room service. Friday supper buffet better but no variety at all.

Very nice place and chilled, clean and quiet

Not allowing us to come in with our drinks, we all drink different alcohol and co drinks. Came with 2 kids, the facility doesn’t sell even snacks ok juice

A subpar stay that could have been better for the price you pay.

Very neat well kept premises. Cleaning staff were friendly and polite.

We didn't get a room with the bunk bed as selected on the app. The receptionist was adamant that there was no option to choose it's get what you take. Which isn't the case because there was a preference option between bunkbedz or a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Uncomfortable.to a point where we decided to leave a day earlier. The rooms didn't have hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, tissues, or even a phone. These are at request at Reception. I asked for a hairdryer the one evening and got one with the incorrect adapter provided (it needed a round 2pin) so it defeated the purpose. Its an inconvenience to have to request these. They knew we were 3 in a room only 2 cups and mugs were provided.

Place is beautiful, friendly and helpful staff

They prioritized guests that came for a conference and we had to till they were done preparing their food before we could place an order.

Wonderful get away. Staff were kind. Location was beautiful. Kids loved the trampoline. It was a good surprise.

We didn't know drink service available through out the day as self serve from bar. There was no signage or indication of thats were we could get water or beverages.

This is a great place.

the food was awesome , well prepared and tasty. I would have loved different starch options for dinner. The food was perfect.

Our room did not have hot water which made us want to leave early .
