Hotel muito bonito e amplo Praia agradável Boas piscinas

O atendimento nos restaurantes ficaram a desejar. Informações contraditórias e um jogo de empurra. Vivi uma situação onde perguntei sobre o pagamento de rolha ara tomar o meu vinho no jantar. Obtive tres valores diferentes e por fim, o gerente do hotel ligou no outro restaurante para dizer que era para cobrar um valor maior. Lamentável a postura deles. Sem contar que os garçons eram despreparados. No café da manha tinham uma pressa em retirar os pratos usados e levavam inclusive os talheres e guarda-napos mesmo ainda nao tendo terminado a refeição.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, super Pools, schöner Strand, viel Platz, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sauber. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

All you need in one resort

The staff were amazing. Renu who kept our rooms tidy during our stay was wonderful and the sweetest person. Yuvna who caught up with us at dinner always made us feel so welcome and comfortable we did not want to leave. The food was exceptionally delicious at both restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and we loved that we could access everything about our stay via the TV.

We did go during rainy season so there were a few mozzies around but the aircon in the room helped a lot with that.

Pour ce prix là tout devrait être parfait

Organisation du nouvel an : En saison des pluies, on prévoit un plan B s'il pleut pour la soirée au lieu de laisser les gens sous la pluie. Feu d'artifice qui n'a pas fonctionné. Heureusement que celui de l'hôtel d'à côté à fonctionné.

Wonderful time at Tamassa resort

We had the most wonderful time at Tamassa! Our room was close to the beach so we enjoyed the great view of Indian Ocean. I have gluten allergy and everyone at the restaurant was helpful on choosing the right food for myself, even offering to prepare anything else if i would not like the buffet options.

Excellent séjour.

L'accueil vraiment top de la part de toute l'équipe de TAMASSA, tout le personnel a été vraiment au petit soin avec nous . Un surclassement nous a été offert pour nous remercier de notre fidélité à l'hôtel. Le restaurant en buffet vraiment bien garni du petit déjeuner au diner. Les chefs cuisiniers nous ont préparé un repas typiquement mauricien ( le riz frit ) que pour nous le jour de notre départ. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Schönes Anlage, abgewohntes Hotel

Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Hier gibt es nichts schlechtes zu sagen. Die Anlage ist schön groß und liegt direkt am Strand. Wassersport beim All in inkl.

Unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Die Lüftung im Bad war sehr schwach und brachte eigentlich nichts. Die Wärme staute sich dort. Wir waren vom all in Paket bzgl der Getränke enttäuscht. Das Essen hat uns mal sehr gut geschmeckt, mal eher weniger. Wir hatten nach einer Woche (Planmäßig) noch ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Der Preis war ähnlich, das Hotel aber um Welten besser. Daher empfanden wir den Preis im Nachhinein als zu hoch.

Bármikor visszajönnénk!!!

Nagyszerű szálloda...rendkívűl változatos és finom ételek....Igazán tiszta szálláshely, és a személyzet nem kiszolgált minket ,hanem vendégül látott.Tiszta tengerpart.

Egy problémánk volt csak az ajtó mágneskártyája folyamatosan rakoncátlankodott.

It was a lovely experience

Good environment, clean rooms, attentive staff. They always helped. Their food options were decent too.

Check in took way too long, especially after a long trip, I want to be in my room ASAP. Also, Regardless of your package, water is not free.. its a separate payment, that was a bit confusing to me.

Beach restaurants was really slow with the breakfast that they invited us to for our honeymoon, was better and we would not finish hungry if we were going to the regular buffet The ceiling fan was extremely loud and rocked like a ship, didn't kept using it after the 1st try was afraid he would fall on us while sleeping

Relaxed and memorable.

It’s a beautiful property right on the beach, away from all the hustle of the city. Loved chilling by the ocean side on sun-beds all day long sipping on cocktails. Numerous life size board games are there along with multiple pools, spa and reading room to pass time. They keep organising activities like volleyball or other games to keep guests engaged. Loved the Tuesday Sundowner setup the most.

There were no vegetarian options in the restaurant. They prepare vegetarian meal on demand and the charges for that were too high. We didn’t know the location would be so secluded that we won’t get any food options around otherwise we would have chosen an all inclusive package only.

Memorable and unique experience for us.

Staff were very caring, smiling and helping all the time. Food was excellent. I could see the sea from my doorstep and sitting in the morning looking at the waves crashing on the coral reefs and listening to the sound of the waves made me really happy. What was amazing and memorable was that we saw a whale jumping out of the open sea just outside the reef. It did it four times as if it is trying to wave at us. This was a unique and most exciting part of our stay-a one lifetime event seeing a whale right from your doorstep-who would believe that.

For breakfast, water, tea, juice and drinks are available in abundance but during dining you have to buy flat water. We believe that water is an essential component of the open buffet and must be made available free- at least the first bottle. You would not enjoy swimming in the sea as it is too shallow and there is a current.

All in all a 5 star resort very clean..All staff are very helpful and always at your service .. Awesome and very well maintained resort Chef Anju makes awesome omelet.. they have dance and DJs with awesome live band and music..

If you take half board or full board the Buffett menu has varieties but the taste is not that good mainly for indians it is very bland only dal was good . Try to change the Indian chef otherwise rest all is top class.pool should be temperature control as the water is too cold during early mornings and evenings

All in all it was a great place for honeymoon, the resort is beautiful with great staff and a lot of possible activities

The service staff was extremely friendly and kind! We spent our honeymoon in this resort and got a lot of goodies :D

Dinner was too late at 7 p.m. when dinner is just till 3 p.m.

Lovely Stay

• First of all, special thanks to Mr. Jean Benoit Nisin, the General Manager of the resort along with the whole staff for welcoming us and giving us the respect that we deserve during our stay. That’s what we call real professionalism and strategic attention to details. • The room and the bathroom always smelled nice. The housekeeping team did/does a really good job at maintaining the hygiene of the resort. • Even when our room was on Do Not Disturb, the staff made sure that we were still staying hydrated. They kept bringing water bottles everyday ! Very lovely touch. • The resort is both peaceful and therapeutic. A lot of activities were offered and available to us but sadly we were not able to check any of them out but the fact that they were at our disposal says a lot. • The buffets and the food quality there were always a straight 10 out of 10. We recommend checking out the Burger Truck. • They made sure the Halal Certificate was well visible at the meat stations. • The resort has a little supermarket where necessary stuffs are available. Such as wipes, pads, tampons and few other stuffs. A literal life saviour. • The bathroom also comes with a hose (شطافة). Make sure to ask/request them to put one just in case.

• Not really a con but just a small note, the resort is located in the south of the island so it’s a really long road if you are thinking of going to the Capital which is Port-Louis daily for either sightseeing or business errands. • Lack of communication between the bellboys. Sometimes you have to remind/ask them twice or thrice about the whereabouts of your bags/luggages. This can be a small issue if you are running out of time. Our checkout process took way too long. literally 40+ mins. • Sometimes the reception doesn’t answer. Even after 3 to 5 tries. • Not really a con but IF you are from the Middle East (Arabs) and you’re travelling with your family, this resort is not suitable for you as there are late night entertainments and so on. • Just a heads up for the elderly or special needs people: The resort doesn’t have elevators and your room might be upstairs. Make sure to request a change beforehand. • The lighting along the alleys/paths to the rooms are really dimmed. • The windows for the bathrooms are kind of see through. Make sure to put a towel or something just in case.
