The staff is very friendly. Especially Emanuel at the reception. He helped us with everything we needed in a very professional and familiar way. The cleaning lady was making us feel as we would stay at our own home. Everything was perfectly clean when she finished. And it seems that the chef was working at a gourmet restaurant before. The food was the best we had on the whole trip. Make sure you try the goat stew and the cordon bleu. We can totally recommend the hotel.

Everything was great from breakfast to room and staff. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, especially Emma who gave us all feeling of home. The rooms are great compared to the price it's really a good deal. And they arranged transportation for us

This place is as modern, comfortable and secure as the fancy foreigner hotels, but you're staying in a residential area where you can experience the local community. Staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Manager John personally drove me around town to get my gorilla trek permit (it's so worth it!) and arranged lodging and transportation to the park. Can't say enough about how great my stay was, and Rwanda in general.

The breakfast was deliciously fresh especially the fruits which is my favorite breakfast. The manager and his staff friendly and helpful. The location was a bit out of town than I expected, but its tranquillity compensates for that.
All my meals were in time and as in the menu except for my very last one where I was told some ingredients were not available when the meals were being delivered. So I suggest that guests should be told when they order that what they want is not available.

The staff was amazing and very very helpful. It was our first day in Africa and for this the accommodation was perfect. They explained everything very patiently and smiling. The food was excellent,.and the coffee was great too!
The view from the hotel was beautiful. Everything was really good and I would love to go back there again!

The quality of the food was good.
The view from the various levels and vantage points was great.
The staff were very helpful - advising and arranging for transport in Kigali, printing out documents etc.
Both home service and service in the restaurant were very slow.
The approach road to the hotel was very bad, especially for the bus in which we arrived.

Brilliant, friendly and helpful staff.
Great airport pick up. John generously dropped us off at the bus station too.
Our room had an amazing balcony and terrace where we could eat breakfast each morning.
The jacuzzi bath had seen better days but it didn’t affect our stay.

the bath tub was enormous and had a shower option but it was handheld with nowhere to set it on the wall- would be a nice addition

position is not so comfortable, 20 minutes by walk to the city center but the road is no asphalted. moreover it’s quite complex to call a taxi that know the position.

This is a small but beautiful hotel located very close to the CBD and with great views. The staff are very friendly especially the manager John who is always ready for a chat. He recommended nice places in Kigali and even dropped me in Nyamirambo. The breakfast is great and portions are more than enough Importantly, the bed was very comfortable

nice roofed terrace with view over the city. spacious rooms and well furnished bathrooms. Easy pick up at the airport, and we could also use the services of the hotel’s driver for moving around town (easier than a taxi with our family of 5). Nice breakfast. City center is reachable by foot if you’re in for a good walk (partly on a dirt road).
A little isolated on a dirt road, there is no real possibility to make just a small stroll into town from there

Very comfortable hotel close to Kigali city centre
- management and staff are very professional and friendly, service is fantastic, I felt very much at home
- nice location: local vibe, short walk to city centre, nice view, and very safe and quiet
- good restaurant, good facilities, very clean
- excellent value for money
room could have been a *little* bit larger, but that wasn't really an issue..
(I'm still not Spanish, but booking.com won't get it corrected..)

Should not be a Designated hotel, for the current 3 days quarentine : no telephone in the room, no TV, no choice of food.

Exceptional service. The manager makes sure you are taken care of. You really feel that you are in a safe place with people who are looking out for you. Prices are good, food is great, friendly staff, no complaints. If I ever visit Kigali, this is where I will always go.

The rates are high as per the location. Gets difficult to explain taxi the location. Limited same breakfast everyday

I was in this hotel during one month. The waiters were very kind and listened. The breakfast and the restaurant of the hotel were excellent and served in generous quantities. The wifi was great. The mattress of the bed was pleasant .
there was sometimes noise because of the neightbors. The road to the hotel was a dirt road, but it was not so disturbing.
