The location was good. The room size was good

Service was bad all over. Our room wasn't ready. The poolside was full with day visitors and guests couldn't sit there and have a drink. Safe couldn't be used and after asking for it to be unlocked nothing happened. We were told that the Other Side was open and returned to the hotel to relax only to find it closed.

The hotel it self is spacious, great food , Well designed . Beautiful bedrooms great spar And good gym

Their were no slippers in the bed room . The only staff issue we encountered was at breakfast the waiter staff were to busy talking to be interested to take the breakfast order

The food is not as excellent as it used to be . A change of Chef is evident .maybe that problem will be solved soon

The air con unit was stuck on cold blast without ability to power off.

The overall ambiance was just so zen

Lovely ambience and decor that mixes cultural aspects with modern design. Very clean all round and the food and drink were all great.

There is currently building work at an unrelated site toward the back of the property which meant construction noise from around 8am. Even if it’s not the hotel’s fault, I wasn’t prewarned and it did end up disturbing my stay.
