The hotel's location has a nice view but it is far from everything. The room are comfortable but badly design.

Leadership issue (hotel and Mercure as a whole) 1- The staff does not communicate between themselves from a shift to another. For example, you rent a car at the Front Desk in the evening for the following morning but the morning staff cannot find your reservation (after you triple insisting to them to make sure it won't be lost). 2- I brought a plate and a glass of wine to my room. The day after, the cleaning staff left it outside my door but nobody picked it until I left !!!! Never seen that before 3- The hotel is full of flaws. The most liable is the shower floor which is the most slippery I have ever encountered in my life. One day the hotel will have a 2 million$ lawsuit. 4- Also, at 19h30, the dinner is a bit late.

The comfort was exceptional and the staff was really great! especially the front office and the bar staff! the front office supervisor Charlotte and the FO Team who went out of her way to find my reservation when it did not appear on the reservation! Thank you and I will definitely be back !!

the rooms are horrible for the amount you pay. it was a downstairs . therefore we couldn’t do anything. last but not least, we we’re kickoff of the room at 11:05. no wayyyyyy

My room was in a noisy part of the hotel. The soundproofing of the room leaves much to be desired. Difficult to watch a television program because the stability of the channels was very random.

cleanliness - there were stains of “urine” on the toilet…. smell of damp extra beds in the hallway…

The air conditioning was too loud The terrace was very small and very little view. It was imposible to stay because the air conditionner was too noisy

I like the pool and the view of st denis. Amazing!

You have to carry your own bags to your room. Not cool. The restaurant closes between 2pm and 7pm. Also not cool.
