Sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage im schönen Ort Ballito. Es sind nur ca. 150 m bis zur Strandpromenade. Zudem hat die Unterkunft einen wunderschönen Garten und Wald. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und hochwertig eingerichtet und der Spa ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Positiv überrascht hat uns das kleine, aber sehr feine Frühstücks-Buffet! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

A very beautiful hotel with at the best location in Ballito. Certainly going back.

The hotel was at the perfect location, with excellent facilities. We stayed for one night and wished we had booked for more. Breakfast was also very good.

The front desk staff was a little indifferent to us and our requests, although other staff members went out of their way to attend to us.

1.This was not a 'forest sanctuary' as advertised 2. CDM seems to be a local watering hole vs a boutique hotel 3.Given previous experience of 4 & 5 star TGSA properties - this property location, lack of staff training, facilities was disappointing.

Belinda and her team outdid themselves, my wife absolutely loved the setup you did for her..felt like it was a honeymoon

Lovely hotel so close to the beach front. Very clean with excellent parking and security. Room service was very good and food was excellent.

There was a quite loud mechanical humming noise in our room that we couldn't quite pinpoint. It stopped when loadshedding arrived to be replaced by the generators starting up. There was also a rather loud obnoxious woman in the foyer cursing and arguing with people for a long time and we could hear her from our room. Maybe she should have been dealt with quicker as we were trying to sleep for an early flight in the morning, so not necessarily the hotel's fault.

There was no sheer curtains so people in road can see u even when in the bathroom and air con wasn’t working so we had a restless sleep.but was offered fan in the morning to sleep in

Breakfast was great. Coffee was perfect. Lovely spacious rooms. Easy secure parking.

Plug points could be closer to the bedside. Lights on the balcony did not work.

Excellent location with a great view of the sea

Lovely bright airy room with a sea view all staff very friendly and courteous. Good value on site restaurant and a good breakfast with excellent choices

Disappointed in the pool area as it is situated in the outside bar and eating area not very conducive to a relaxing sunbathe.All the beds very close together in a row

A beautiful and peaceful stay next to the Indian Ocean; excellent food, drinks and people!

Such a lovely place within stones throw of the Indian Ocean complete with super friendly staff all round. Nothing was a problem for them and they manage with the load shedding incredibly well.

It's not really a big thing at all, but the choice of house music around the pool/bar was on from morning to night; maybe mix it up a bit and chill?! Either way, it was a great place.

Great stay

We liked mostly everything about this hotel especially the staff who were all wondeful. From the general manager to the reception and restaurant staff. Everyone was, always smiling and said hello. The food was very good and the fillet medallions were the best we have had anywhere. If we go back to Ballito we would stay there again.

The pillows were to hard but were changed on request. When people left the pool area the waiters could have cleared glasses and plates away quicker. I hated the fact they have real glasses and crockery at the pool. Glasses were often broken and the consequences could have been serious. Plastic would be the best alternative.

It is a good hotel with really spacious rooms. I had a tasty breakfast here. Moreover, there are good prices for laundry services. The hotel is placed so close to the beach and placed in a safe area.
