Good location on edge of business section. On lovely avenue of rundown French era buildings. The breakfast was decent. The staff helped locate a restaurant open immediately after the end of a Ramadan fast day.

There was an attempt to get a very unfavorable exchange rate, claiming that it was 9.5 to the dollar rather than what we had agreed at 10. The official rate for 12.04.2023 was closer to 10.2. Once I showed the rate, they backed off, but it left a lingering bad feeling.

The staff and the waitress were amazing with us. Always willing to help and gave us everything that we needed. At breakfast the waitress and the food were fantastic!

Very noisy in the night. The windows were not sealed properly. Sound proofing is poor. The bathroom had a smell of smoke and it wasn't the best.

The hotel was renovated , almost new rooms , the location was great , they made sure I have a parking spot in the heart of center casablanca, surrounded by beautiful art deco French building, good place to stay and explore casablanca

Breakfast was not what should be expected, the cost is a bit higher for the rooms .

Centrally located, walking distance to medina, on tram line.

Everything is worn and not really maintained. The bathtub was leaky, the whole bathroom floor turned swimming pool showed all the dirt in the room. the ordered single beds were put together into one large one. the hotel smelled like old food and dirt.

the staff was very nice, the room comfortable & clean, very cozy and with a view to the street. parking next to the hotel on the street was safe enough for us for 1 night

the breakfast could be more diversified

We read the reviews where it's mostly been marked as an outdated hotel with bad experiences, however as we were only stopping over in Casablanca for a couple of nights for work purposes and as we had prepared ourselves for the worst, we actually had a good experience. The hotel staff helped us to park the car right in front of the hotel; the card machine was working; our room was decent; hot water, AC and WiFI were all working very well. We were also welcomed with some water and a bowl of fruits which was a nice touch after a long road trip. The location was perfect for us too as we could walk to all the main attractions. Overall, if you're coming on a family holiday and looking for a 4* treat, I'd say it's probably not going to be all that, but if it's just a stopover, it'll be just fine. The gentleman at Reception was cheerful and kind. We really can't complain as we had a decent stay here and had everything we needed.

The cleanliness of common areas (carpets in hallways) could do with a clean. The hotel could definitely do with a makeover overall. Breakfast was poorly, but again, we were OK with just having some coffee, eggs, fruits and fresh pastries.

Great staff always helpful and smiling. Location was good. Comfortable beds. The Medina is boring so not much to see around. Everything else is by a small taxi .

One room had a bad smell like was dusty or wet and closed windows for long time. We couldn't stay there without opening the window for 2 hours. Room is a bit dark and small but not unusual for a city center.
