The apartman was big and spaceous.

It was really difficult to find the hotel. The room was really cold, and noisy. The cleaning lady did not clean the room properly on daily basis.

The staff are so polite and decent especially Mr /Mina from the reception this guy is a great one he was always ready to help with all informations and advises ...the other stuff were so helpful and decent i will diffently be back to this hidden treasure in the heart of Alexandria...so clean cozy and it felt like home ...thank you (Alexander the great)..for your kind hospitalality and your worm attitude towards me and my small family we will be back again ❤️🙏❤️

Nice staff and clean and organized rooms with good facilities. At the city center, close to most of banks and the shops.

In winter, some rooms are better than others when it comes wind and rain proofing.

Very clean and great polite personnel working there. I would stay again. The wi-fi does not work in the rooms but they have great lobby where it is fun to come with your laptop. The location is great! I would stay again.

Central location near by the train station

I reserved an apartment the living room was not comfortable at all and the bathroom came with noisy sound all the night and the view of the apartment is blocked

Breakfast not to standard lady never re filled the container with food.

Very convenient location. Easy to walk anywhere.

Not anything the hotel can do about but there's a walled in football court across from the hotel that gets used til about 2 o'clock in the morning so don't expect to get much sleep before then as there's a lot of shouting.
