Our stay was amazing, we'd definitely do it again

Everything about the place is amazing, great view to the ocean, fresh breeze from the ocean all day. It's at the centre of everything, walking distance to the ocean, to Ushaka, restuarants and its very safe even at night, the area is surrounded by securities and police vehicles are always patrolling.

The only thing that worked for me was the location and it really felt safe. Everything else ☹️

The location is great, safe and peaceful

There were cockroaches, master’s bedroom bed was uncomfortable with dirty linen. The flushing cistern was not working in the master’s bedroom. Dirty iron, no hairdryer. There was extreme noise from a generator and the kids had a tough time sleeping

Other than the rude security guard our stay was your ok.

Very secure and clean

Having 1 access card yet we were a team of 6, the security guard was very rude to us that includes insulting us.

Excellent location of the property and one feels safe and will have a wonderful stay

I loved my view and the setting or location is excellent. I have lots of cruise clients and this will be a good option for them to stay before or after their cruise. I enjoyed my stay and the view of the harbour and sea is exceptional!

The apartments are opposite a building that has their generator constantly running and this can be quite noisy and irritating.

Just ok, but if given other options I would not book this unit again. It needs serious upgrading.

The property is safe and secure and close to the necessary amenities for our trip.

The unit is very outdated. The owner need to invest in modifying the unit. Kitchen and appliances need a total upgrade. None of the bedrooms have a headboard, and there's no decor or anything stylish about the unit. That was disappointing since we've previously experience way better standards from the other units in the property.

Refer to what I didn't like.

The room was clean

The checking in process. The air con leaks water into the clothing cupboard causing all my wife's clothes to be wet The bed didn't have a fitted sheet.

Breathtakingly amazing

Everything was perfect. The reception desk was open 24hrs, the beach view, the spaciousness of the apartment. There was a restaurant right below and the staff was amazing.

The floors were dirty (cleaning lady seemed to be using liquid products without sweeping first, creating sticky floors). and there was no mop to cleanup any spillages.

Really nice place to lay your head at the end of busy Durban day

It was spacious, quiet building and area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The plug points worked on and off and also some lights so I think that needs to be fixed. And maybe a little tlc so that it is true Lu a stand out apartment e.g the trash cabinet was not on its hinges and front door gets stuck while opening it.

Our stay was amazing to a point that we did not want to leave. We will definetly come back.

The Ocean View

We didn’t like the smell after mopping. And the fact that bedding was not changed. Windows had lip prints and finger prints of other people. We had to clean that ourselves😞.

The staff was amazing, everyone was friendly.The views, furnishings,less traffic and noise.Most importantly, the place is very safe, both for you and your belongings. Pat, Sne and Phumla, thank you very much Ladies.

POINT WATERFRONT APARTAMENTS

The lady that helped check us in (unfortunately forgot her name), was so amazing and friendly. The apartment was spacious for me and my family. Was my second time staying here and honesty, will be my go to everytime. We really loved it.

The warmth of the air-conditioning was not much to go with, but we had brought blankets so it was not much of a disadvantage.

Disappointing

The property was close to the beach, Harbour and ushaka marine. Located in a safe area.

The were bad bugs, sheets were torn and worn out. The shower drainage was blocked.

The view, and friendly staff...all hands on and gladly provide assistance quicker.

We booked for an apartment with a hot tub and we were later refunded a discount since it was not available. That was so disappointing.

Overall, I had a good stay. if they can sort out a few small things, this would be an excellent property.

The location is very good. The safety & security system was excellent.

1. The sliding doors didn’t close properly. At night when it was windy, there was a lot of noise. 2. The shower head wasn’t functioning properly. This resulted in the water not coming out properly from the shower. 3. The main door didn’t close properly. One has to push it hard in order for it to close.
